This is about English as a second language in its truest form.
In today's Canada, one has come to expect that as the leader of the separatist party the bloc from the nation of Quebec addresses any audience on TV he would speak french first, but when the PM speaks to the entire country from the house of commons regarding an election and the first half of his speech is in french followed by the leaders of both the liberals and NDP with the first half of their speeches in french you have to wonder what kind of respect they (THE POLITICIANS) have for what's left of English Canada.
Bilingualism has gone too far and we are now living in a french dominated country. It makes you wonder when there is such a long standing record of lack of respect for the English language in Quebec, land of the anti-English language police and after Quebec's lack of support in WW1 and WW2 "why" I wonder, they now run country, the military and national police force. Canada has lost its soul.
