Branded “terroristic’ Tweens by a gum-chewing Taliban supporter

In the Brave New World you can be seen chewing cud like the proverbial cow at a world-watched event celebrating the heroes of D-Day, or grab the elbow of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II rather than offering the gentleman’s arm--and get away with it.
But if you’re a 12-year-old calling to shuck the school uniform for your own duds during the last week of school, you’re branded “terroristic”--and suspended from graduation. In the upside-down world of the Obama team, the term “tween terrorist” has been added to the lexicon. “A group of Spalding County middle school students is facing suspension over a Facebook post about the school dress code. (WSBTV.com, June 5, 2014)

“And (the principal) was like, ‘OK, you're a threat to our school,’ and then she suspended me,” a 7th grade student told Channel 2’s Wendy Corona.

“The student, who did not want to show her face, says one student’s Facebook post got about two-dozen classmates at Cowan Road Middle School in Griffin, GA suspended.

“All of the students either shared or commented on a Facebook post, which was made on Sunday.  The post told classmates to break dress code through the final week of school and started simply with wearing red on Monday.

“The 7th-grader responded, “I’m in.”

“She said she never planned to follow through. “No, because I was too scared and I didn’t wear a red shirt.  It would’ve been like I was actually a part of it.” You don’t have to watch Hunger Games to get scared out of your wits. You are living in Hunger Games reality when just thinking about doing something gets you branded a terrorist and suspended from your own school. The elephant ignored in the room is that 7th graders are growing up in a world where the government already dictates what you can eat, what you can wear, what you can or can’t say and where everybody but the Taliban can be smeared as “terrorists’. The end of this story is worse than one in any movie because in this true to life end, everybody will be herded into UN-style, tiny stacked apartment dwellings where they will remain United Nations-tongue-tied for the rest of their life on Earth. It is only in the world of school-year-ending Tweens where a Sunday post could escalate to: “Everything they say we can’t wear, wear,” and, “We need the hallways packed and out of control” with everyone participating. “
End of school-year-happy Tweens may have seen it as blowing off a little classroom steam, the system saw it as “Tea Party time”. Sadly, what will happen to the 7th graders will remain unknown. The school administration said they would not comment on disciplinary actions. Parents like Chistopher Cagle, the father of a suspended honor roll student, were not informed first or given the chance to disciple their own children.

“To me it was just a bunch of 13-year-olds acting crazy,” Cagle said.

“Cagle said the principal called the students’ actions terroristic threats. He said the principal was too swift and severe with the punishment. (WSBTV.com)

“You should at least contact us first and let us know to be aware of this and that way we could’ve disciplined our own kid instead of y’all taking action against her,” Cagle said.

“Now the suspended students will stand by for their date before a tribunal, which will decide if more disciplinary action will be taken.”
Having their children home for the summer makes the perfect time for parents to teach them what real terrorists look like and how government propaganda works to eliminate the words ‘terrorist’ and ‘terrorism’ from public comment. Parents can start with two government-made videos, The Innocence of Muslims, by which a lying government blamed an obscure video to cover up the Benghazi scandal, and the recent video of the Taliban tradeoff for deserter Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl with the Taliban carrying a white flag on a stick denoting surrender mode. Truth and reality always trump government propaganda. It’s high time to show school children who the real terrorists are.
