Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans This morning was one of most inhumane activities imaginable on American soil …. happening along San Vicente Boulevard leading into the community of Brentwood. What happened today, as in previous raids on innocent homeless Veterans, was cold, ruthless, heartless, immoral, illegal and criminal.

The amount of government money that was spent to send a small army of L.A. County deputy sheriffs, dump trucks, caterpillar scoops, etc., backed with numerous county employees, could have been wisely, properly, morally and legally used to buy tents and safely house these Veterans on the other side of the fence. Apparently, the high-mucky-muck-elite of Brentwood are offended by the site of disabled and impoverished homeless Veterans and used their wealth, power, greed and influence to direct LA County Supervisor / public servant Sheila Kuehl to aggressively remove all of the private property of these poor and needy individuals.

The BCC is working with the County for another major clean-up on Bringham / San Vicente including the Sheriff and Department of Public Works. It will remove furniture from the sidewalk, sanitize the area and ensure the sidewalk is not blocked with garbage--moving forward, the Sheriff will patrol every morning to ensure no blocked sidewalks. It will be the 3rd clean up this year, 8th since last May and the 6th the BCC has obtained through direct advocacy.

At their next Brentwood Community Council meeting, instead of placing their hands over their hearts to disingenuously Pledge Allegiance to the American Flag that Veterans pledge their lives to defend, they can now thump their chests with bravado that once again the Brentwood Community Council’s "Task Force on Homelessness" bullied and intimidated innocent poverty-stricken Veterans and stole their private property. Does it get any lower than this? Moreover, it was painful beyond description to watch five, armed, Los Angeles County deputies surround one homeless female who was simply crying out for help not to take her personal property. Instead of being compassionate and helping, they handcuffed and arrested her. Where are the "women rights" propagandists of Brentwood? L.A. County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl ordered this inhumane assault on American citizens, at the behest of BCC, and she needs to resign and be prosecuted for human rights violations and crimes against humanity, etc. Why is L.A. County a “sanctuary county” protecting criminal illegal aliens, and then falsely intimidating, assaulting and arresting innocent U.S. Military Veterans who are homeless and hungry?

The truth behind the BCC acronym is that it really stands for Brentwood Communist Council, as this group of disgusting ingrates are representative of a malicious, communist-like police state to initiate illegal activity in their self-serving behalf, instead of serving the greater good of an otherwise civilized and compassionate community of American Citizens. Communist dictator Nikita Kruschev infamously said: "What's ours is ours, and what's yours is negotiable." At least he acknowledged negotiating, whereas the self-serving elitist not only illegally occupy Veterans VA property that was exclusively deeded to house and care for disabled and impoverished Veterans, but they confiscate what little these homeless Veterans have left while simply trying to survive on the street. No negotiations …. just pillage, plunder private property and arrest the homeless for hateful and self-serving purposes. The illegal Brentwood Village parking lot defrauded war-injured Veterans out of more than $2 Million Dollars from their disability benefits, i.e., land deeded exclusively for their housing and care. When the VA started charging --- $1.75 for 15 minutes of parking – these elitist ingrates became vociferously outraged.

So-called Brentwood Community Council is not sanctioned by the City of Los Angeles

Not a peep for more than two years of free parking that defrauded disabled Veterans out of $2 Million Dollars. But, charge these wealthy elitist a buck-seventy-five for 15 minutes and they hollered and screamed highway robbery. You can’t buy anything, except maybe a doughnut at the Village, for $1.75. On behalf of all disabled and homeless Veterans, this is to respectfully demand that VA Secretary Robert L. Wilkie immediately and permanently evict ALL illegal occupants on Federal VA property, including, but not necessarily limited to, Brentwood School’s 22-acre state-of-the-art sports complex, Brentwood Village 4-acre parking lot, UCLA’s 10-acre collegiate baseball diamond, L.A. City’s 12-acre rent-free public dog park, recreation and parking lot, Breitburn Energy 2+ acre private oil drilling, et. al. This imperative action must be immediately followed with the FBI, U.S. Attorneys Office, Department of Justice, et al., prosecuting the multitude of co-conspirators through a Federal Grand Jury Investigation by bringing ALL participants forward on reasonable evidence of alleged Racketeering Conspiracy, Misappropriation of Government Property and Funds, Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, Defrauding Disabled Veterans, Unjust Enrichment, Grand Theft, Malfeasance, Corruption, Embezzlement, Aiding and Abetting, Collusion, Cronyism, Duplicity, Malice, Willful Neglect, Violation of Americans With Disability Act; Humiliating and Degrading Treatment; Crimes Against Humanity, Human Rights Violation, Reckless Disregard; Endangerment; Discrimination, Harassment, Intimidation, Oppression, Stalking, Espionage, Selective Enforcement, Falsified Police Citations, Falsified Police Reports, Falsified Evidence, Falsified Arrest Warrant, Malicious Prosecution, Abuse of Power, Violating Oath of Office, Obstruction of Justice, and a host of other alleged willful and wrongful activities perpetrated by public officials and their co-conspirators against U.S. Military Veterans. Lastly, the so-called Brentwood Community Council is not sanctioned by the City of Los Angeles. Thus, it is a private non-profit operating independent of the City of L.A. Correspondingly, they must immediately be banned from using the government owned Brentwood Library for their monthly meetings.
