VA Must Impose Strict Sanctions Against Non-Veteran Occupants
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans:

Yesterday, I attended the Los Angeles VA’s “Quarterly Veterans Town Hall Meeting” and the VA’s “leadership team” confirmed their incompetence, dysfunction and indifference toward the personal issues of our U.S. Military Veterans.

City of LA’s Disrespect for American Flag and Veterans

City of LA's Disrespect for American Flag and Veterans
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans

As we know, the City of Los Angeles immorally, unpatriotically and and illegally occupies 12 acres of Veterans VA property “rent free” for a public dog park.

In exchange for the “free rent” deal with its “partner,” the VA, the City promised to build a $100,000 “Veterans Memorial,” which consists of a pile of big rocks and a flag pole with a “placard,” otherwise known as the American Flag.

VA Trojan Horse Settlement: West Los Angeles Leasing Act of 2016
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans

Yesterday, I attended a meeting at Patriotic Hall (an oxymoron) in downtown Los Angeles.  It was to inform the public about the VA’s plan to give away Veterans land to a for-profit real estate developer “rent free” to supposedly build housing for a few Veterans sometime in the distant future.

There was “free parking” for the VA bureaucrats, some who flew in from D.C. to give VA land away, along with wealthy developers who were there to finagle how they could heist this land “free of charge” for 75 years.  To hold such a meeting in “Patriotic Hall” is un-American and an insult beyond description.

VA’s “Free Stuff” Giveaway is Not for Veterans

Jul 9, 2018 — Robert L. Rosebrock

VA’s Free Stuff Giveaway is Not for Veterans,
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans:

The Los Angeles VA continues with its version of socialistic “free stuff” giveaway—to wealthy non-Veteran entities—as tomorrow they will host a meeting in downtown LA to discuss leasing mega-million-dollar VA property to a principal developer for 75 years—free of charge.

LA TIMES: Opinion: Be uncivil. Resist Trump. But don’t go crazy

Fellow Americans

LA TIMES: Opinion: Be uncivil. Resist Trump. But don't go crazy
The notoriously extreme, biased, left-wing radical “Los Angeles Times” has gotten more extreme, including—uncivil—under the new ownership of Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong.

What a huge disappointment!

Letter to LA City Councilman Mike Bonin

National Home for Disabled Soldiers
Mike Bonin
Los Angeles City Councilman, 11th District

Councilman Bonin ...

First, this is to remind you that I am resident within your 11th district and a U.S. Military Veteran.

Correspondingly, I used to be on your constituent list until I openly complained about you finagling a privileged agreement with Ann Brown, executive director of the Los Angeles VA, to run Brentwood School’s construction trucks through the VA property instead of through the neighboring communities.

Veterans Appreciation Day
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans

Tomorrow—Rain or Shine

Veterans Appreciation Day - “Canada Free Press

Thanks to Canada Free Press for being the only media to announce tomorrow’s celebration of the 130th Anniversary of the Deed of 1888 and the 10th Anniversary of the Old Veterans Guard and the Veterans Revolution to “Save Our Veterans Land” and to “Bring Our Homeless Veterans HOME.”

The OVG has always maintained a peaceful and non-violent vigil for 510 consecutive Sundays while the VA police have exercised illegal and unconstitutional invasion, including police brutality and falsified arrests, in trying to silence our message on behalf of our voiceless war-injured and homeless Veterans.

Be there tomorrow and show your support for the thousands upon thousands of disabled and destitute Veterans who belong inside the VA in their rightful National Veterans Home and not homeless and hungry at skid row and in back-alley squalor.

God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!

JUDICIAL WATCH: VA Pays Big Bucks to Reimburse Business for Ending Illegal Contracts at L.A. Site

JUDICIAL WATCH: VA Pays Big Bucks to Reimburse Business for Ending Illegal Contracts at L.A. Facility
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans

Read below as Judicial Watch continues to expose even more corruption at the most corrupt VA in the nation, the Los Angeles VA.

Veterans Park Conservancy, which is not a Veterans organization but a wealthy and powerful homeowner group, had a “sharing agreement” with the VA for a 16-acre parcel of land valued at more than a billion dollars—“rent free.”  Its agreement, along with eight bogus sharing-agreement scamsters, was adjudicated in federal court to be “unauthorized by law and therefore void,” and this elitist cabal then manipulated a “license agreement” to build an illegal amphitheater when a federal court order stopped it and the sham project was ordered demolished.

Tiny Town Crimes vs Big VA Criminal

Tiny Town Crimes vs Big VA Criminal
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans:

Yesterday, I attended a hearing at the Los Angeles Federal Court for the formal guilty plea of VA bureaucrat Ralph Tillman at the Honorable Judge R. Gary Klausner’s Courtroom.

Judge Klausner is a Vietnam War Veteran and it was indeed a very professional and productive hearing.

CORRUPTION CHRONICLES - Judicial Watch

Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans:

Documents obtained by Judicial Watch show that VA Secretary David J. Shulkin was misled (lied to) by his inner circle last year when I was being falsely prosecuted for displaying the American Flag at the Los Angeles VA.  (Link Above)

Drain VA Cesspool

Drain VA Cesspool
New Leadership is definitely needed at the—VA from the top on down!

Things are getting worse at the Los Angeles VA under the Trump Administration and it’s because he trusted a carry-over of the Obama Administration, while the VA is still part of the deep state that’s working in opposition to President Trump.

VA Bureaucrat Ralph Tillman Will Spend Eight Years in Federal Prison

Jan 15, 2018 — Robert L. Rosebrock

VA Bureaucrat Ralph Tillman Will Spend Eight Years in Federal Prison
Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans:

For nearly ten years, the Old Veterans Guard has been protesting the rampant crime and cronyism at the Los Angeles VA, the most corrupt VA in the nation.

While this David vs Goliath battle against the second-largest bureaucracy in federal government often-times seemed unattainable, at long last Justice is being served on behalf of U.S. Military Veterans, particularly our war-injured homeless Veterans.

Stop Oil Well Drilling on VA Property

Stop Oil Well Drilling on VA Property
Re: Mess with coast? Not without a fight

Mr. Lopez:

I’ll take you seriously when you take-on the VA bureaucrats / local politicians who support the active, illegal oil wells on Veterans’ sacred land that are within a couple hundred yards of the Los Angeles VA Wadsworth Hospital where war-injured Veterans are trying to heal from defending our Nation.

Parable of Inequality - Rich and Poor

Parable of Inequality - Rich and Poor
HOMELESS veteran Kevin Eugene Powell in West L.A. More than 34,000 people are homeless in the city. (Francine Orr Los Angeles Times)

Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans:

A front-page story in yesterday’s edition is about the recent Bel-Air fire that destroyed multi-million-dollar mansions, and a homeless encampment purportedly nearby that is accused of starting it. (“A Parable of Inequality in Bel-Air”...)

Since the purported homeless encampment apparently vanished in the fire, the Times went across the 405 Freeway and took a photo of a homeless Veteran encampment outside the VA’s Eisenhower gate alongside San Vicente Boulevard adjacent to Brentwood.  This gives the deception and illusion that Veterans could have started the fire.

A plea for VA housing funds
L.A. County asks feds to reverse decision that may cost veterans program $34 million.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) needs to immediately start building new, permanent, supportive-housing on VA property in Los Angeles (not rehabbing old, vacant rat-infested buildings by so-called non-profits who get 70-year leases essentially rent free), and stop warehousing our war-injured Veterans with welfare checks (VASH-HUD vouchers) with cheap, ramshackle apartments in seedy neighborhoods run by slumlords.

Re: Opposition to the Illegal dog park on Veterans VA land

Ms. Turner:

It’s been brought to my attention by several people who attended last night’s Brentwood Community Council meeting where you spoke and announced today is supposedly the last day to register either support or opposition regarding the City of Los Angeles’s free public dog park, free public recreation center and free public parking lot on Veterans VA land.

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti and his Defence of DACA

Sep 11, 2017 — Robert L. Rosebrock

Eric Garcetti, Mayor of Los Angeles

Mr. Mayor:

You declare:  “The President’s announcement to rescind Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals is a giant setback for America because all of our children should feel safe and accepted in a country that belongs to them.”

You go on to say “His action on DACA is cruel.”

Slow Down Mr. President!

Sep 9, 2017 — Robert L. Rosebrock

Fellow Americans:

Mahatma Gandhi forewarned: “There is more to life than increasing its speed.”

The U.S. Senate recently voted 80-17 to approve the deal that President Trump made quickly with Democratic leaders to again raise the federal debt ceiling, which will only fund the government for three months.

Judicial Watch Sues VA Police, Other VA Officials

Jul 6, 2017 — Robert L. Rosebrock

Powerhouse Judicial Watch continues with its consistent and persistent filing of lawsuits against the VA at-large, this time including Defendants VA Secretary Shulkin, Los Angeles executive director Ann Brown, her chief of police Charles Leas and VA police officers Michael Perez, Christian Perez and Joel Henderson along with Jane and John Does 1 through 5.

Judicial Watch Sues Veterans Affairs Police, Other VA Officials for Violating Protester’s Constitutional Rights

With the new “VA Accountability and Whistleblower Act of 2017” signed by President Trump, backed up by relentless lawsuits filed by Judicial Watch against the VA, finally Veterans are on the road to Justice after decades of fighting against rampant crime and corruption at the Los Angeles VA.
