“FOX News supports CNN in its legal effort to regain its White House reporter’s press credential. We intend to file an amicus brief with the U.S. District Court. Secret Service passes for working White House journalists should never be weaponized. While we don’t condone the growing antagonistic tone by both the President and the press at recent media avails, we do support a free press, access and open exchanges for the American people.”Right. Or should that be: “Left”?
“NBC and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists told CNN that they will be joining the brief in support of the network.Fox News will file an amicus brief in support of @Acosta and CNN. Thank you @FoxNews! Statement from Jay Wallace below: pic.twitter.com/1EyRkho0TK

“He was obviously upset. That’s fine. He’s running for president, it’s not a fun business, there’s going to be ups and downs, and I know he considered that a down,” she said. “So we just wanted to forge forward and try to put it behind us, not pour any more fuel on that fire. “It was bizarre because I became the story. He was so very focused on me that I became the story, and you know, you never want to be the story when you’re a newsperson,” she said. “You want to be covering the story, so it was like an ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’ experience.”Kelly later went on to question whether Trump was a “sexual predator” after mentioning a hot-mic “Access Hollywood” tape from 2005 in which he boasted of being able to grope women without their consent because of his stardom. He defended his comments as nothing more than “locker room banter.” Can there be any doubt that Fox News, through Megyn Kelly, provided the ammunition for Hillary Clinton to go after Trump as the world’s biggest misogynist on coming televised presidential debates? CNN and Fox News have much in common now that investigative journalism is a barely remembered corpse. Both employ talking heads rather than working journalists. Both are Entertainment rather than News. So getting back to the question: “Why is Fox News backing CNN on their lawsuit against the White House banning Prima Donna Jim Acosta? For ratings. Ratings drive revenues at both CNN and Fox News. The dirty little secret that no one is talking about is that it PAYS TO HATE PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP—AND PAYS BIG TIME. That’s something you will never read or hear about in the mainstream and social media because they’re too busy laughing all the way to the bank.
