Bush library dedication ceremony

I watched portions of the dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Library. It was a day of symbolism and photo ops with 5 living Presidents covering most of the political spectrum attempting to make nice with each other.

At one point, a band was playing and the cameras panned the stage, to the left were the Obamas, at least 12" to 18" separated, hands clasped in front of themselves. To the right was the Bush family, all 4 holding hands. That picture spoke several thousand words to me. On one side warmth on the other aloofness. Virginia Sparks Rotonda West, FL
