The war to reclaim California and the United States will continue

California voters lose the battle on AB q131 Dream Act

California voters have lost the battle on the Dream Act but will win the war on illegal immigration.
Not wishing to be the messenger of bad news, I must tell you, across 58 counties, California citizens’ effort to recall California AB 131 Dream Act has come up short of the approximate ½ million valid signatures needed to place the item on the November Ballot. AB 131 grants benefits, set-asides, and preferences at the community college, State University, and University of California for children born outside the United States who have been brought here illegally by their parents. According to the Recall’s sponsor, California State Assemblyman Tim Donnelley, thousands of unpaid volunteers, including myself, gathered 447,514 signatures, slightly short of the 504,760 required to place the matter on the ballot. Indeed it is disappointing but the gauntlet has been thrown down. Democratic Governor Jerry Brown and the Democratic Assembly and Senate who championed AB 131 when California is virtually bankrupt, have exacerbated the State’s dire financial condition as it races toward receivership. Presently, California is $9 billion in the red and the gap is widening. The completely out-of-touch with reality lawmakers will place added stress and strain and demands for yet additional tuition increases on students who follow the rules and pay the brunt of tuition costs.

It is pathetic how these feel-good lawmakers and Governor pander to this illegal alien lobby which continues to deteriorate the Golden State. California is completely dominated by the radical element of the Democratic Party The Assembly and Senate will place on the November ballot a so-called temporary sales tax increase which may exceed 10% in some counties. Meanwhile, neighbor Oregon has no sales tax. Further, taking its cue from Barack Hussein Obama, California will place another imitative on the November ballot: Increase the State income tax on California’s millionaires. It is reckless! It is irresponsible that lawmakers and Governor Jerry Brown would act so absurdly in the face of financial Armageddon! The STOP AB 131 may have lot this battle, but we have alerted the other 49 States and our fellow citizens of this fiscal nightmare. This will not damped the spirit of patriots up and down the State. The war to reclaim California and the United States will continue.
