Canadian Liberal Leader Prime Minister Mark Carney has pledged to defend sex change treatments for minors, describing the procedures as a "fundamental right" for all Canadians. Carney made the remarks during a recent press briefing in Alberta, when asked about the province's proposed restrictions on sex changes drugs, to which he responded he would support them "without exception."
