After another state in Mexico legalized killing babies in abortions, a top Catholic bishop says pro-abortion politicians will be excommunicated.
On February 25, the Mexican state of Campeche legalized killing
babies up to 12 weeks in abortions, becoming the 21st state in Mexico to
have legal abortions. This legislative change modifies articles 155,
157, 158, and 159 of the Penal Code of Campeche, permitting the
