“I work for a Medicaid insurance company and we had a meeting with the CEO today and somebody asked about the budget and the cuts to Medicaid and how that was going to affect us, our jobs, and also the people that we serve.

We were told, and this is what I have also been hearing, but right out of the CEO's mouth, the proposed Medicaid cuts is for fraud, waste, and abuse only, and also working to get the able-bodied people off of Medicaid. If that does not pertain to you, there will be no cut to your Medicaid.”

“All of these people out there that are fear-mongering people telling them they're cutting this much money out of Medicaid, they're doing this, they're slashing Medicaid, Medicaid's gonna be gone. You are making people that already have medical conditions and parents of medically complex children, that's what I work with, terrified for something that is not true. Knock it off”
