COVID-19 vaccine mandatory for federal workers by end of October, Trudeau announces

Federal employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the end of the month to continue working, the government formally announced Wednesday. Public servants must show they’re fully vaccinated by Oct. 29 or face unpaid administrative leave, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said.
