TORONTO, - Capturing the true spirit of holiday giving, Delta Hotels and Resorts will again offer complimentary accommodations to family members caring for hospitalized relatives, through its annual A Home for the Holidays program.
Now in its 22nd year, A Home for the Holidays is another example of Delta's ongoing commitment to its local communities. Participating hotels will partner with local hospitals to extend complimentary short-term stays between mid-December and early January (dates vary according to hotel). "Being with family is especially important during the holiday season and may be difficult when a loved one is hospitalized," says Hank Stackhouse, President and CEO, Delta Hotels and Resorts. "A Home for the Holidays is our way of helping to bring some comfort and emotional support to families during a very stressful time in their lives."

The hospital's program administrator will make reservations for qualified visitors with the participating Delta hotel or resort. A Home for the Holidays has been helping families since its launch in 1990 and is part of the brand's corporate social responsibility program, Delta Helps.
