Steve Cohen pigging out on the colonel’s Kentucky Fried Chicken on the day after Attorney General William Barr’s Senate testimony. It’s the picture that best describes Democrats on the 2020 campaign trail. Pigs in the Trough Democrats will demolish anything and anybody if it gains them soul-crushing power.

Hilariously enough AG Barr already had 14 investigations into FISA abuse and Hillary Clinton’s emails before Cohen made his “Fortunately, we have subpoenas ready” claims.
“The Congressman retweeted a photo of himself eating from a bucket of KFC. He even offered pieces of fried chicken to passersby as well as his seat neighbors.” (Variety)
But because his grandiose offer was made before 9 a.m., there were no takers. Not many people want to consume greasy chicken so early in the day.

Cohen’s over-the-top Tweet is one that is here to stay. Thanks to his chicken stunt, every Republican, Libertarian and Independent can now use Cohen’s ‘Pig in the Trough’ pic on the front page of millions of campaign brochures in an election campaign story that tells it exactly as it is: Democrats up for 2020 election are down to the last one, Pigs in the Trough.
“Cohen’s stunt has inspired memes across the internet, including an entire twitter page dedicated to the Cohen-coined DOJ/poultry portmanteau. (Varity) “Videos have popped up around the interviews taking Cohen’s lead in comparing the Attorney General to the apocryphally cowardly bird.
