Democrat Collusion Liars fail at labeling Barr a Liar

Democrat Collusion Liars fail at labeling Barr a LiarDemocrats in Washington, D.C., who have been lying for two years that they have evidence of something labeled collusion, now are saying in unison, Barr lied! They are so eager to be the next one to say it that we don’t even know what this lie is. We do know that the Trump administration gave unprecedented access to the Mueller investigation for two years, and we do know Attorney General Barr, who was not required to give anyone access to the Mueller report, released the full report, with only a few redactions, about a month after he received it.
A “fact-check” put out by CNN, a news network that is one of President Trump’s greatest critics, concluded that it was not clear that words spoken by Barr could actually be called lies and were far from criminal behavior:
“To clearly state that he did not know what these reports were referencing, as he did to Crist on April 9, while perhaps not rising to the level of an outright lie, is clearly an example of Barr not being completely forthcoming about what he knew at the time of his testimony. " ‘ For testimony to be legally actionable as a lie,’ CNN legal analyst Michael Zeldin said, ‘it has to meet a pretty precise standard.’ “Zeldin adds that while Barr was less than fully forthcoming that Mueller had written a letter complaining about the situation, ‘I still think you would have a very difficult time trying to build a criminal case on the basis of the Crist/Barr Q&A.’ “
This attempt to mince Barr’s words until it represented a lie was probably a coordinated and predetermined effort. But through the course of the day, Barr detailed the actual conversation he had with Mueller, making clear that the Democrats were mischaracterizing what Barr had said, and showing how vague the question was that Barr had supposedly made a lie in his response to it.

The Democrat leaders in the House and Senate cannot let go of their self-importance nor their accusations of Trump, or those representing him, being guilty of SOME kind of crime. They didn’t get what they wanted from the Mueller report, which clearly concluded that there was no coordination between Trump, his campaign, or any American with Russia’s attempts to interfere with the election. From the report: “In sum, the investigation established multiple links between Trump Campaign officials and individuals tied to the Russian government. Those links included Russian offers of assistance to the Campaign. In some instances, the Campaign was receptive to the offer, while in other instances the Campaign officials shied away. Ultimately, the investigation did not establish that the Campaign coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities.” (p. 172) “Although members of the IRA had contact with individuals affiliated with the Trump Campaign, the indictment does not charge any Trump Campaign official or any other U.S. person with participating in the conspiracy. That is because the investigation did not identify evidence that any U.S. person who coordinated or communicated with the IRA knew that he or she was speaking with Russian nationals engaged in the criminal conspiracy. The Office therefore determined that such persons did not have the knowledge or criminal purpose required to charge them in the conspiracy to defraud the United States (Count One) or in the separate count alleging a wire-and bank-fraud involving the IRA and two individual Russian nationals (Count Two).” (p. 183) Yet Adam Schiff, Hillary Clinton, and others still push the “collusion” lie, continuing to not accept the result of the 2016 presidential election. Others, acting like they haven’t lied about collusion for two years now substitute the false accusation of “Obstruction!” for the word collusion.

According to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, “…two of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s conclusions stand out: one, the ‘sweeping and systematic’ Russian interference in our elections; and two, the President’s repeated efforts to thwart cooperation with the independent prosecutors in their pursuit of justice.’ She then went on to try and tie in their “election reform” bill, HR 1 into the Mueller investigation, but he two “reasons” she gives have nothing to do with HR 1. First, the President and all Americans were cleared of any involvement with Russian interference by the 2-year Mueller investigation. Secondly, private conversations that led to no action are not obstruction of justice. Thirdly, an investigation based on a false accusation begun by a political opponent in an election is not a pursuit of justice, so no justice being obstructed. The promulgators of that injustice are who need to be investigated, Ms. Pelosi! And speaking of that, who should chime in on the get-Trump inquisition but Hillary Clinton, who was falsely cleared in a criminal investigation of her activity while Secretary of State. Commenting on Hillary Clinton’s input into the matter, Rudy Giuliani said Tuesday on Fox Business Network’s Mornings with Maria Bartiromo: “Hillary just exceeds all expectations. What chutzpah they have. Here’s a woman who really does know about obstruction of justice....She figured out how to actually do it. “President Trump didn’t delete 33,000 emails, he didn’t have someone bust up his phone with a hammer. And he didn’t BleachBit - which is what organized criminals and terrorists do to launder money - he didn’t BleachBit a server. She did what are called obstructive acts, precisely what couldn’t be found with regard to the President. Remember, the President did not commit an underlying crime.”
