Don't Talk to Pravda

In the 1990s the Primary Rule of Fight Club was: “Don't talk about Fight Club.”  Now, in the 2020s, the Primary Rule of Republican Fight Club needs to be: “Don't talk to Pravda.”  Just as the newspaper Pravda served as the mouthpiece of the Soviet Communist Party, today's “Mainstream Media” functions almost exclusively as the mouthpiece of the Democrat Party. This is not so unusual given that the “Mainstream Media” and the Democrat Party are each doing their best to usher in a  new Age of American Marxism/Communism – and as fast as they can. 

Do Republicans really believe it possible to achieve praise or popularity at the hands of people who are bent on destroying them?

So calling the American Mainstream Media, “Pravda,” is essentially calling it what it is – a mouthpiece for Marxism.  So why would Republicans – ever again – be willing to give interviews to reporters working for the Mainstream Media, i.e. to reporters working for the Democrat Party, i.e. to reporters working for Pravda?  Why on earth would Republicans ever again be willing to subject themselves to the danger they face every time they make themselves available to American Pravda? Why would they ever again “talk to Pravda?” Do Republicans really think it possible to appease, or to reason with, the sorts of people who promote the ideology that led directly to the deaths of 200 million people in the 20^th century?  Do Republicans really believe it possible to achieve praise or popularity at the hands of people who are bent on destroying them – or to win these people over?  So why talk to these people – ever?  What's the worst that could happen?  What is the worst the Pravda apparatchiks can say? They can only say that Republicans no longer respond to their questions. And they will be right. And  Republicans will clarify that of course they are not talking to Pravda – because Pravda busies itself at every turn with the the task of destroying America, and Republicans decline to help them.  And to ensure Republicans will continue to decline to help Pravda destroy America,  Republicans will henceforth need to remind each other – every day and all day long – that the Primary Rule is: “Don't talk to Pravda.”
