Reverse the effects of this whole ideological agenda that is nothing more than national suicide

Efforts to stop EPA overreach continue

The latest attempt by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to demolish the coal industry is presenting a dilemma for labor union leaders. They realize that the enviro-fascist agenda will hurt industrial development, close businesses and therefore put a lot of people - a lot of labor union members, and ultimately them, out of work. But the leftists' pursuit of their ideological agenda seems to have such a hold that it may have numbed any instinct for self-preservation.
As the Obama administration has done numerous times, they hide their power grabs behind their green agenda. The promise of green energy has never been looked at as a realistic solution. Funding for green energy projects is simply a slush fund to reward political cronies. Neither do they pursue the global warming agenda because they think the planet is in danger. Rather, to tie that into the agenda to force the Democrats single-party ideological belief system on us all, they use global warming as a fear tactic to help scare us into abandoning our Constitutional government for a completely centralized one in which they are in charge. Their agenda hasn't changed for years. It's just that now they have a President who ignores his role as Chief Executive Officer of the United States government and wholly pursues an ideological agenda regardless of the crises our nation is facing at the time. Never taking "No" for an answer, they plot and plot to get their agenda through. While their efforts as fascist control of the people have been repeatedly pushed back, they relentlessly continue to pursue their agenda, particularly during the last five years of the Obama administration.

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback has continuously expressed his opposition to the EPA's attempt at usurpation of power through their passage of edicts to limit "greenhouse gases." We see at least as far back December 2009, when Brownback was a U.S. Senator, how he came out against the Environmental Protection Agency in one of their previous attempts to not wait for Congress to pass legislation and announce its plans regulate and tax green house gas emissions: "For cattle farmers in Kansas, green house gas regulation would be devastating. The United States Department of Agriculture has stated that even very small operations would meet the threshold. For example, dairy facilities with over 25 cows, beef cattle operations of over 50 cattle, swine operations with over 200 hogs, and farms with over 500 acres of corn would be affected. Also, The Farm Bureau has estimated that additional regulation of green house gases could result in increased taxes of $87.50 per animal. With cattlemen breaking even or losing money under current economic conditions, this additional tax would undoubtedly put many Kansas farmers and ranchers out of business." "I urge the Obama Administration to take a step back and consider the implications this will have on our economy. Rest assured, I will work with my colleagues in the Senate...to make sure this regulation does not become a reality. We should work toward a cleaner future by investment and innovation, not taxes and regulations." In another example of the protracted nature of this fight, on April 17, 2012, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced that he was joining 21 other states in suing to block new EPA regulations likely to further drive up the cost of electricity: "The Obama administration's EPA continues to overstep its regulatory authority, and Kansas homeowners and businesses will pay the price in higher utility bills and a less-reliable electricity system," Schmidt said. "This is just the latest example of this administration's abuse of the regulatory system to enact environmental policies that they cannot persuade Congress to enact in the ordinary manner," Schmidt said. "Our office will continue fighting for Kansans' voices to be heard by having these decisions made through the regular legislative process-- not by unelected bureaucrats in the EPA." And just like global warming is not "settled science," neither is the idea that fossil fuel use needs to be radically curtailed to keep us all from dying. And the battle continues. From a June 19, 2014 article by Paul Driessen entitleld Fixing our dictatorial EPA: EPA, White House and activists must no longer deceive America and rule by executive fiat:
"Steadily improving air pollution controls have sent sulfur dioxide emissions from U.S. coal-fired power plants tumbling by more than 40% and particulate emissions (the alleged cause of asthma) by more than 90% since 1970, says air quality expert Joel Schwartz, even as coal use tripled. In fact, asthma rates have increased, while air pollution has declined-- underscoring that asthma hospitalizations and outdoor air pollution are not related. "The real causes of asthma, health experts explain, are that young children live in tightly insulated homes, spend less time outdoors, don't get exposed to enough allergens to reduce immune hyperactivity and allergic hypersensitivity, and get insufficient exercise to keep lungs robust. "But the American Lung Association backs up the White House and EPA claims-- vigorously promoting the phony pollution/asthma link. However, EPA's $24.7 million in grants to the ALA over the past 15 years should raise questions about the association's credibility and integrity on climate and pollution.
Global warming, AKA climate change, is anything but a consensus, as numerous reports such as the following would indicate. This one is by David Kear, 34 West End, Ohope, Whakatane, NZ (former Director-General, NZ DSIR; United Nations consultant; & South Pacific geoscientist):
"My conclusion is that warming since the Little Ice Age's end is now almost certainly finished. That was supported further by NIWA's (National Institute of Water & Atmospheric Research) release at the end of 2012, concerning the Eastern Bay of Plenty. Their report was that 2012 had been drier and colder than 2011. Citizens also notice that warming seems to be over. Skiing seasons are extended, winter fires are needed earlier, and some of us travelling overseas have been asked by those from Queensland, even Hawaii, whether we in New Zealand feel colder generally-- as they do. I conclude that the New Zealand climate has not been warming since 1998."
The purpose of the Executive branch is to administrate the law, not create the laws. Picking and choosing which laws to ignore is one more of the many impeachable offenses of Barack Obama. And while Senator Reid's Democrat-controlled Senate is not about to do their duty and vote for impeachment, we need to continue to press Congress to work to rein in the EPA, the IRS, and other government agencies that continue to take actions that are reserved for the legislative branch. Beyond that, we need to work harder than ever before to reverse the effects of this whole ideological agenda that is nothing more than national suicide.
