In a Fox News interview with colleague Bret Baier, reacting to the Hamas-led, Iran-funded terror attack on the innocent people of Israel, Fox News ‘contributor’ Brit Hume has come out contrasting former President Donald Trump's Middle East policies with those of Barack Obama’s 3rd term in office ‘President’ appointee Joe Biden.
“However you feel about Trump, his policies are preferable to the mess we've got now,” said the-too-little-too-late Hume to fellow Fox News host Bret Baier during the interview:
“FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: We will reduce the Iranian economy and I withdrew from the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, imposed the toughest ever sanctions on the regime... Joe Biden undid it. He undid it all and gave billions and billions of dollars to the world's top sponsor of terror, tossing Israel to the bloodthirsty terrorists and jihadists. (RealClearPolitics, Oct. 9, 2023)
“BAIER: Brit, is he wrong?”
Can anyone reading this believe the ultra stupidity of this question?
“BRIT HUME, FOX NEWS: He is not wrong about that. (RealClearPolitics) “Whatever you think about Donald Trump and however you feel about him, this does not mean that the policies that he adopted on our border and Israel's border and in the Middle East we’re (sic) not preferable to the mess we've got now. You see [Secretary of State] Tony Blinken, and maybe U.S. intelligence doesn't back up what "The Wall Street Journal" is reporting. But I believe it, what "The Wall Street Journal" is reporting. And it means that we do not only have to recalibrate our attitude towards Israelis and Palestinians, but we need to stop fantasies that we can do business with an honorable Islamic regime. There is no such thing.”
Do Hume and Baier forget it was the network to which they belong that called the election for Joe Biden while folk were still out voting in Arizona, in the doubt-ridden 2020 Election?
It was Fox News, Mr. Hume, who helped take the provable protection of Trump away from the American citizenry; Fox News that incessantly followed up on their endless anti-Trump election polls, and even now the same Fox News that advocates for the election of other candidates—even though the former president was so very much needed, then and now.
Regret for the loss of Trump from anyone over at Fox News is too little and two years and counting too late.
The sincere, heartbreaking and enduring regret of millions of viewers let down by Fox News continues to the current day.

“Horrific details are emerging of the bloody terrorist attack in Israel. Hamas along the Gaza strip unleashed an ISIS-like carnage against innocent civilians – including children, women, and the elderly. This is the largest attack since the Yom Kippur War exactly 50 years ago. Among those slaughtered, at least nine are Americans. Others are missing and presumed kidnapped by this terrorist organization. Not surprisingly, it appears Iran funded, armed, and trained Hamas to execute this terror. “The reports are heartbreaking. Hamas infiltrated Israel and went door to door—grabbing babies, slaughtering 2-year-olds and moms with kids. If they could not enter a home, they burned it down and shot people as they ran outside. Hamas is beheading IDF soldiers. It is terrorizing, intimidating, and slaughtering elderly men and women. Americans were so much safer when President Donald Trump was in the Oval Office, building a wall at the southern border, standing strong against Islamic Terrorism, and doing all that he could to keep America First.
But to the deeply felt, sincere regret of millions of Americans, Fox News called the Election for Joe Biden on Nov. 3, 2020, and to this day, all but ostracize the president who kept America safe in their continuing Election Coverage.
