The shortage of doctors and nurses, and all the other problems plaguing our health care system are going to get a lot worse before they get better. Prevention being better than cure, it behooves all of us to change our unhealthy habits. However, today's young people are caught between a rock and a hard place. On the one hand they are being urged to take good care of themselves in order to be healthy seniors.
On the other hand, they shouldn't take such good care of themselves that they might live so long they'd wreck the health care system when they are doddering around in their hundred plus years.
