Getting vaccinated is a civic duty. Shirking it should come with costs

Being nice, tolerant, patient Canadians, we’ve collectively been bending over backwards to give those who are reluctant to step forward to get a vaccination against COVID-19 every benefit of the doubt. Leave aside the small hard core of anti-vaxxers.
