We will be saying good-bye to the 40 hour work week. Here's why: Obamacare requires full time workers, in companies with 50 or more full time employees, to have health insurance. The cost of health insurance annually is far higher than the penalty they must pay to send those employees over to Obamacare. The statistics are showing that much of the improved employment numbers are because of increases in part time workers. Well, the President isn't going to like that. The private sector, in a survival move, has figured out how to avoid the healthcare trap that was set for them. One way to solve the problem for the government would be to change the rules that define full-time employment. If 30 hours a week constitutes full time status, the employer would again be faced with cutting or changing his workforce until he simply gives up, another victim of government over reach.
