Governments Wishing Their Masses A Scary ChristmasThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Deputy Health Editor for dailymail.com and the Joe Biden administration seem to be neck-and-neck in what CFP columnist Jim O’Neill calls the “porn-fear Covid and variant fear mongering” race. Talk about COLLUSION!

Talk about spreading Doom & Gloom!

“Grim new figures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have predicted that US COVID-19 deaths will soar by 73 per cent to 15,600 a week by January 8, and that cases will rocket to 1.3 million a week by Christmas Day. (Daily Mail, Dec. 17, 2021) Talk about media/Government HYPE! Days before Christmas, the three vying contenders have tried to lay a rotten egg on December 25 celebrations. Instead of the masses hanging Christmas stockings on the mantle piece with care, citizens are left to ponder which of their family members will be among the “620,000 and 1.3 million Americans who will have been diagnosed with Covid by the week that ends on December 25— Christmas Day. They want folk to worry that some of their family members may even die. Omicron will likely become

“The agency (CDC) revealed projections on Wednesday afternoon that show America will suffer up to 15,600 new Covid deaths a week as of January 8 - or 2,228 deaths per day - a 58 per cent increase from 8,900 deaths currently being recorded each week, equivalent to 1,285 deaths a day. (Daily Mail) “Another CDC prediction estimates that between 620,000 and 1.3 million Americans will have been diagnosed with Covid by the week that ends on December 25 - Christmas Day. “That represents a 55 per cent leap on the 840,000 cases that have been recorded over the last week. “Omicron will likely become the dominant Covid strain in the coming weeks, and cause a massive surge of cases shortly after Christmas, one expert has warned, likely fueling the surge the CDC predicts. “Dr Gregory Poland, a top epidemiologist at the Mayo Clinic told DailyMail.com that an Omicron-fueled surge in cases could be right around the corner”.
Indicating that “Omicron will likely become the dominant Covid strain in the coming weeks, and cause a massive surge of cases shortly after Christmas,” is akin to reading the future on a foggy crystal ball. How does the CDC—or anyone else know about an Omicron surge before it happens?!

The whole of Britain is now into panic mode

The whole of Britain is now into panic mode when Omicron thus far, has caused one death. Is President Joe Biden colluding with British Prime Minister boorish Boris Johnson in trying to stampede the public into an hysterical panic? Within a single day, the Daily Mail story was followed by Fox News: ‘Omicron forces wave of closures nationwide as Biden warns winter of 'death' encroaching’: (Adam Sabes, Fox News, Dec. 18.)
“As the omicron variant of the coronavirus is poised to become the new leading variant in the United States, many schools and businesses are closing their doors over what President Biden is predicting to be a winter of "severe illness and death.”
Goal post changing, Dr. Anthony Fauci, is relatively saying the same thing.

“President Biden has previously claimed he would "shut down the virus," and added he would not "shut down the economy" or "shut down the country.” (Fox News) “Several colleges and universities such as Harvard University and Stanford University have announced they will begin the spring 2022 semester with remote learning for most students. Pennsylvania State University announced on Friday that students should "be prepared to alter plans" if the university needs to start the spring semester remotely. "Georgetown University, for example, is restricting all indoor campus dining to a "grab-and-go" model, where students pick up their food in a dining hall and eat in their private room. The university is also closing fitness centers, and has canceled all events if they cannot be held outdoors or online. “Public schools across the country are announcing shifts to remote learning as well. On Friday, the Prince George’s County Public Schools near Washington, D.C., announced that students will shift to virtual learning until mid-January, citing a "stark rise" in coronavirus cases. ”The disruptions are not limited to schools, as many restaurants and businesses are also making changes due to the omicron variant. “Nite Nite, a bar and restaurant in New York City closed their doors on Dec. 17 due to a surge in coronavirus cases, then announced on Saturday that the establishment would remain closed until Dec. 28, but did not disclose if the closure was due to a rise in cases. “Due to "increasing challenges" stemming from the pandemic, the Rockettes decided to cancel their "Christmas Spectacular" shows for the rest of the year. “Meanwhile, audience members settled in to watch "Moulin Rouge!" at the Al Hirschfeld Theater Thursday night when an announcement informed them that a "late-in-the-day" positive test would force the company to cancel the show, the Daily Voice reported. “Saturday Night Live announced just hours before its final show of the year it would not have a studio audience and would go on with "limited cast and crew." “The new omicron variant and a number of football players testing positive for the coronavirus have also forced the National Football League to make several operational changes, including postponing multiple games. Because of this, games are now scheduled throughout the week.

“At a White House COVID-19 Task Force Briefing on Wednesday, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said that she expected reports of omicron cases in the U.S. to increase in coming days. (Fox News, Dec. 16, 2021)
The "variant of concern" has been detected in at least 36 states and agency data based on national genomic sequencing analysis shows the omicron variant is estimated to represent around 3% of coronavirus cases in the U.S., including higher estimates in New York and New Jersey. "In looking at early data on transmissibility of omicron from other countries, we expect to see the proportion of omicron cases here in the United States continue to grow in the coming weeks," Walensky explained. "Early data suggests that omicron is more transmissible than delta, with a doubling time of about two days.” “The CDC chief said this information means it is vital for all who are eligible to get vaccinated or boosted against the virus and for everyone to continue to be vigilant about best practices, including wearing masks indoors in areas of substantial or high community transmission. “Earlier in the day, White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters aboard Air Force One that the American Rescue Plan has the resources to make sure both that people are getting vaccinated and that schools stay open. "And so, we're very confident that that's going to be the case. We're not going to shut down. We are comforted by the resources and what we have learned and the tools that we have in our tool belt to do that," she said.”
Authorities in Britain and the U.S. have sent their people a 2021 Christmas Card edged in black, warning them they might not be around long after Christmas. The card the masses should send back to them should read: ‘Let’s Go Brandon! “We’ll see you in the New Year!”
