Guns

I agree 100% with Judge Anne Molloy’s acquittal of Leroy Smickle. I don’t believe in being soft on real criminals. In fact, I believe that anyone who uses a gun in committing any crime should be put away for five years without any hope of parole. Smickle, however, committed no crime. He was just goofing around. Surely, most of us have acted like goofs from time-to-time when we were young.
