GW Bush and 9/11

I expect that while Jeb has his brotherly panties in a twist, G.W. shrugs his shoulders, smiles and takes a horseback ride. He knows that the American people know that he inherited the conditions that lead to the towers falling only a few months into his Presidency. And he knows that he did a superb job following 9/11.
