Small and big, Poor and Rich Seem to be worrying more about finances, Each time we blink Another store is closing down, Housing prices are falling, Soaring taxes We work harder and put in extra hours every week To put the food on the table for family And to pay more taxes Alas! Politicians rather than thinking about economy They keep fighting for the Leadership Crimes are increasing, Day by day lives face more danger Let's pray for our troops to come home safely in 2011 And pray for our neighbours, Ourselves and our Canada, too To become the safest country in the world So let's pray to GOD, Bless our Canada.
