Harris Turns To Hillary To Save Her Failing Vice PresidencyGauche describes teens who can’t control their pervasive giggles, no matter how sombre the occasion. The persistent trademark giggling of the 57-year-old Vice President of the United States of America, impossible to write off as part of “growing pains”, inexcusable. VP Kamala Harris, who told her inner circle she would get better press coverage if she was one of her “48 white, male predecessors”, has turned to Hillary Clinton for advice in the face of low approval ratings, according to a new report on Thursday. (Daily Mail Dec. 23, 2021)

Kamala and the ‘Busload of of Crazies’

Maybe now she’ll trade in her giggling for barking like her hand-picked mentor did while running for US president in 2016 (link here). “White” “male” or not, none of Harris’ 48 predecessors made it to the vice presidency with cringeworthy, inappropriate—GIGGLES! During the 2020 Democrat primaries, Harris, scoring one of the lowest support counts among the ‘Busload of of Crazies’, dropped out of the race. Who knew back then that she would soon be appointed VP and drop out of much of the work required of a serious vice president? Not Obama, O’Biden, or any of the top Dems now running the failing White House show, that’s for sure. ‘Kamala Harris has turned to Hillary Clinton to help reverse her drop in approval ratings’ (Daily Mail).

One year in and she’s finally smelling the stench of defeat

One year in and she’s finally smelling the stench of defeat.
“Harris has contended with departing aides and gripes about her leadership style, amid complaints from within her circle about the difficult tasks she has been assigned, including dealing with 'root causes' of migration. (Daily Mail) “For guidance she has sought out for Clinton, who lost the 2016 election to Donald Trump, and famously once complained about a 'right wing conspiracy' against her. “The former senator from New York who served as secretary of state under Barack Obama said Harris isn't being treated equally."
Neither are the people Harris was elected to serve being treated “equally”—particularly if they happen to be “white” and “male.”
"There is a double standard; it's sadly alive and well,' embittered Clinton told the New York Times.(Daily Mail) “'A lot of what is being used to judge her, just like it was to judge me, or the women who ran in 2020, or everybody else, is really colored by that,' she said.

“Clinton's devoted parts of her post-election book, What Happened, to identifying a host of causes for her own defeat. “Among them were former FBI Director James Comey, the media for focusing on her emails, the New York Times in particular, Russian President Vladimir Putin for the hacking effort, and Sen. Bernie Sanders for his internecine attacks. “She has also reached out to former secretaries of state Madeleine Albright and Condoleezza Rice, as well as former German Chancellor Angela Merkel. “The (NYT) article begins with an anecdote about a summer meeting where Biden was cranking up his efforts to get the support of Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.). “Instead of asking for her strategy assessment – Harris served alongside Manchin in the Senate – Biden asked her to come by and say a 'quick hello' before exiting, it says. Biden himself served 36 years in the Senate and served two terms as vice president, when he helped steer Obama legislation through the Senate.”
Color and gender can’t be blamed for Harris’ claim that DEMOCRACY is the biggest threat to national security, or that she stands by Biden in the Kabul withdrawal. “Vice President Kamala Harris said during her CBS interview Sunday that 'democracy' is the most significant national security threat facing the United States. (Daily Mail, Dec. 26, 2021)
“She had been trying to echo Democrats' warning about threats to the 'integrity' of the American democratic system as her boss, President Joe Biden, tries to push his voting rights agenda through Congress. “In the final portion of her wide-ranging interview released over the week, Harris also defended the Biden administration's chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan in August, instead blaming its predecessor for first setting the deadline to leave, and added that climate change was one of the biggest emerging threats against US security.”

Going from the Afghan withdrawal to Climate Change is more than a giant stretch

'What do you see is the biggest national security challenge confronting the U.S.? What is the thing that worries you and keeps you up at night?' Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan asked. (Daily Mail) “The vice president answered, 'Frankly, one of them is our democracy. And that I can talk about because that's not classified.' 'There is I think no question in the minds of people who are foreign policy experts that the year 2021 is not the year 2000. You know, I think there's so much about foreign and domestic policy that, for example, was guided and prioritized based on Sept 11, 2001. 'And we are embarking on a- a new era where the threats to our nation take many forms, including the threat of autocracies taking over and having outsized influence around the world.’ “Harris, who has long campaigned for climate change awareness, added that 'fighting for the integrity of democracy' 'is obviously about what we need to do in the climate crisis.’ “She explained that global warming is directly linked to global security because it represents a threat that the US and its allies have the best chance of overcoming if they work together. “Biden and his top officials faced bipartisan criticism for the botched withdrawal effort that left as many as 200 American citizens and thousands of Afghan allies of the US military behind, despite the president's promise to remain until every American was out.

In three more years, millions of Americans will laugh giggling Kamala Harris straight out of office, while she’s still trying to argue whether climate change or democracy is the biggest threat to America.

“Amid the crowded and chaotic scenes outside Kabul airport in August, a suicide attack slaughtered 170 Afghan civilians and 13 American service members. “Harris, who has said she was the 'last person in the room' when Biden made the critical decision, did not give a clear answer when asked if she feels any responsibility for the shambolic operation. “She also noted that it was Donald Trump's agreement with the Taliban to withdraw the US military that Biden was following. “Harris didn't say whether she felt responsible for the chaos of the Kabul evacuation, instead laying blame with the Trump administration. “The vice president was faced with her own criticism of her handling of the Afghanistan crisis as the evacuation was plodding along in late August. “On August 23 video emerged of a reporter attempting to ask Harris over the roar of a jet engine about the Americans still stuck in Afghanistan and trying to leave. 'Hold on, hold on, hold on,' Harris said before the reporter could finish. 'Slow down, everybody,' she said after a big laugh. “Harris also insisted that dealing with the 'root causes' of migration is still her primary focus, despite Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei telling Fox News just weeks ago that he hadn't heard from the vice president since June. “Brennan bluntly asked Harris what her biggest failure has been this year, to which Harris joked: 'To not get out of D.C. more.’
Getting out of D.C. is what many want for Harris. Meanwhile, the repetitious “Three more years” chanted at Trump rallies takes on new meaning.
