I'm shaking my head at Hillary Clinton barking her wares in North Carolina on Wed. June 22, 2016. She wants kids better educated and teachers better paid. Really Ms. Clinton? Here's a thought, disband the Department of Education and return education to the States. We need to stop trumpeting programs like Common Core. All they do is hinder good teachers from doing what they can do very well if left alone to practice their skills. Hillary is now on the Bernie bus when it comes to college. She wants free higher education for all, going forward but only refinancing for past student loans. Huh? How is that fair? The truth is that the government is dependent on those of you who now have student debt. They need your money. So, you millions who borrowed money to get an education, you are out of luck. Those of you who graduated this year, take a year off, if Hillary wins, you will get about $100,000 windfall. Probably worth the gamble. Hillary says that our middle class is decimated. Wow, wonder what was her first clue? She says we need higher wages, better benefits, etc. Again, here's your sign. But as long as we have things like Trans-Pacific Partnership and crippling regulations, there is no hope for the middle class. Words are cheap, action matters. We've seen little from the Democrats to support small business or the middle class. I found myself asking, why is she suddenly interested in us? Because she wants the Presidency so bad she can taste it. That is the only reason.
