Hillary's favorable rating

I just don't get it. The headline is "Hillary's favorable rating is down". Down to 49% from a high of 59%. So, that means 49% of Americans support a lying, cheating destroyer of evidence.

I wonder if those supporters understand that if they had done the half the illegal things Hillary has done, they'd be in jail (probably for life as traitors). What magical hold does she have on Americans? What has she done for Americans? Are Bill's coattails that long? Do we not care about ethics and morality in our leaders? I just don't get it.
