Honor or Infamy: Pathway to a Contingent ElectionOur Legislators may not know it but they have only two options from which to choose: Honor or Infamy. There is no middle way. No temporizing, dissimulating, prevaricating. Honor or Infamy. Posterity will allow no other choice.  In this moment, the old paradigms no longer apply. Trump voters, Republican voters, will never again tolerate milquetoast Republicans and certainly not RINO Republicans.  They will not tolerate Legislators who fail to mount a conspicuous and aggressive campaign to nullify/decertify the slates of Electors from the Six Swing States. And if betrayed, these voters, all 74 million of them, will mount Primary challenges and Recall Petitions without end.  State Republican Legislators must register their objections (to their States' certified Electors) with the U.S. Congressional Leadership and like-minded members outside of leadership – even if they find themselves having to act individually because their State's Republican leadership have sold them out.

Disallowing/Nullifying Electoral votes

More than this, U.S. Republican Representatives and Senators must commit, now, to filing OBJECTIONS in the January 6 Joint Meeting of Congress when Electoral votes are counted. They must also prepare to support VP Mike Pence if he decides to take the unprecedented (and likely also calamitous) step of disallowing/nullifying Electoral votes – on his own authority – based upon his opinion that the extant evidence of a stolen election is so profound as to overcome the legitimacy of Congress' acceptance of the Electoral votes as currently certified.  Those of our Representatives who are Patriots have already publicly committed themselves to this course of action. We need many more. And, as long as additional legislators join the party by January 6, all can be forgiven. If they fail us on January 6, none of them will be overlooked. None will be forgiven. All will see their political futures flushed into the sewer of RINO recidivism.  In the meantime it is our job to convince our legislators of the certainty they will face  personal political ruin if they do not vigorously challenge certification of the current slates of Electors.  We can still win; if Republican Legislators act in sufficient numbers, even if the House will never vote to nullify the current Electors (and they won't) – and even if Mike Pence chooses not to become a lightening rod to the ages, we can still win. We can win if we can carry the January 6th process into January 18th – because this will trigger a "Contingent Election." In a Contingent Election each State gets only one vote for President – and Republicans control the majority of States – so Trump wins.

Our Republican legislators are left with only one choice: Honor.

And one possible method for getting us from January 6 to January 18 (and the Contingent Election) is to leverage the "two hour debates" that must occur following each Objection. If we can string enough of these 2 hour debates together we might reach January 18th . In essence, therefore, our Republican legislators are left with only one choice: Honor. Because it is only by acting honorably in this moment they can prevent their own political ruin.
