Illegal aliens and criminals’ rights over American citizens

Let's see if I have this right? I can be identified as a "terrorist" and stripped of my right to due process of law because I have bumper stickers on my vehicle, belong to a Tea Party, own a gun, and speak out about my beliefs?

The National Defense Authorization Act allows for indefinite detention for suspected terrorists on American soil. This gives government very broad latitude. On the other hand we are going to afford Osama Bin Laden's son-in-law all the protections of an American citizen? Why isn't he in Gitmo? Isn't that where captured al-Qaida and other terrorists are held and questioned? What gives this person the right to a New York City trial? We need to wake up and realize that illegal aliens, terrorists, and criminals of every sort have far too many protections. In some cases, more than law abiding American citizens. Victoria Vaughn
