Iran Drone Incident An Obama-Thrown Bombshell?Deranged Democrats desperately needed a fail-proof bombshell to drop on the masses after President Donald Trumps’ massive Orlando re-election kickoff made Fox News’ Trump-trailing-Joe-Biden-AND-Bernie-Sanders poll look puny. And they got it from Iran—on the same day as the Trump rally, GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). With the Impeach Trump agenda dragging its heels, if Trump could be blamed for kicking off World War III in retaliation for the Iran drone incident—how politically convenient!

Two days later, the mainstream and social media are downplaying the fact that the leading state sponsor of terrorism shot down a US Navy drone, changing the international storyline to President Trump hurtling the world into World War III, with the New York Times ‘leaked story” about President Trump approving military strikes against Iran in retaliation for downing an American surveillance drone, but pulling back (read backing down) from launching them on Thursday night after a day of escalating tensions. “As late as 7 p.m., military and diplomatic officials were expecting a strike, after intense discussions and debate at the White House among the president’s top national security officials and congressional leaders, according to multiple senior administration officials involved in or briefed on the deliberations. Spot-on American Action News: “The tweets about this incident (outrageously blaming Trump in the most hyperbolic terms) are as unhinged as the supposedly objective journalists covering them.” Everyone from NY Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her radical freshman sisters to founder and current president of the National Iranian American Council, Trita Parsi is in on the Blame Trump act.

“The U.S. military’s Central Command called it an “unprovoked attack” and President Donald Trump tweeted that “Iran made a very big mistake” in shooting it down.” (Reuters, June 20, 2019) Truth is that the U.S. and Tehran have been at one kind of war or another since 1979. Nor did former President Barack Obama’s $1.7-billion transfer to Iran in foreign cash change the leading state sponsor of terrorism’s agenda one iota. “The $1.7 billion was the settlement of a 37-year-old arbitration claim between the U.S. and Iran. The remaining $1.3 billion represented estimated interest on the Iranian cash the U.S. had held since the 1970s.” (Fox News, Sept. 7, 2016) “The money came from a little-known fund administered by the Treasury Department for settling litigation claims. The so-called Judgment Fund is taxpayer money Congress has permanently approved in the event it's needed, allowing the president to bypass direct congressional approval to make a settlement. The U.S. previously paid out $278 million in Iran-related claims by using the fund in 1991. (Free Beacon, Sept.7 2016) Worthy of note is where Obama is now that the progressives and media are portraying President Trump as the inevitable instigator of World War III. The Obamas are staying in a $62,000-a-week vacation rental in Avignon, France, a small town in the Provence region of France, known for its scenic landscapes, nearby vineyards and historic sites, like Palais des Papes, where the Pope lived in the 14th century.
