Is Never-Trumper Paul Ryan Now Running the Show Over at Fox News?Political weasels, wimps and rat-finks are always at their most deadly when they go to ground hiding under cover. Examples: Ex-president private citizen Barack Obama who has taken on the role as "Resistance" leader, working from a multi-million dollar mansion within walking distance of the White House. Former House Speaker Paul Ryan, who currently sits on the board of Fox News Corp., and who, according to Vanity Far, is reportedly urging Fox News to "decisively break" with President Donald Trump--news in the magazine's report documenting the network's "management bedlam". (Breitbart, Sept. 26, 2019)
"Ryan, the longtime Trump antagonist, has reportedly been suggesting to Murdoch that "Fox should decisively break with the president" as Murdoch holds "strategy conversations with Fox executives and anchors about how Fox News should prepare for life after Trump."
Downright laughable that while "strategy conversations" are taking place to decide how Fox News "should prepare for life after Trump" that legions in the unwashed masses are already preparing themselves for life after Fox News. Fox News may be content to join forces with the Democrats in leading the Republic into a socialist state--which will be all that is left without Trump-- but millions of patriots are not.
"Vanity Fair's Gabe Sherman, citing four sources, reported that Fox Corp. CEO Lachlan Murdoch, who has long tried to move Fox News to the center, "is already thinking about how to position the network for a post-Trump future." (Breitbart)
Earth to Murdoch and Ryan: as stated above, countless numbers of Fox News viewers are already out there looking for alternatives in a post-Fox News world. And the whines of three Fox News anchors, Chris Wallace, Bret Baier, and Martha MacCallum lamenting they are the "targets of the president's tweets" will only add to the exodus of fed-up viewers tuning out of Fox.

"MacCallum reportedly added, according to the Hollywood Reporter: "Contrary to the opinion of some people, he's not our boss."
You got that right, Ms. MacCallum because apparently Paul Ryan is.
"Wallace told the crowd at Advertising Week in New York: "It's a very surreal thing. I think we all kind of embrace it as: We've got his attention, so we must be doing something right." (Breitbart)
You can make that "doing something right" not nearly often enough, Mr. Wallace. Imagine anyone stupid enough to take the "suggestions" of wishy-washy Paul Ryan to heart.
"Vanity Fair cited "an executive who's spoken with Ryan" who simply said: "Paul is embarrassed about Trump and now he has the power to do something about it." (Breitbart)
Whoa! This from the 2012 vice president candidate whose main claim to fame was a walk in the woods.

Ryan, you might say, has been walking in the woods, Hillary Clinton-style ever since

"Paul Ryan's path to Saturday's surprise announcement that he would be Mitt Romney's running mate began with a walk in the woods. (Washington Post, Aug. 12, 2012) )
"But these were not just any woods. No, these were the woods where the Wisconsin congressman grew up. To escape his Janesville home undetected on Friday, Ryan snuck out his back door, walked through the woods behind his house and past the old tree fort he built as a boy and the driveway of his childhood home. "I know those woods like the back of my hand, so it wasn't too hard to walk through them," Ryan told reporters. He recalled thinking, "It's gone from the surreal to the real... It was the biggest honor I've ever been given in my life."
Ryan, you might say, has been walking in the woods, Hillary Clinton-style ever since.
"Ryan has said he viewed his resignation as an "escape hatch" and promptly trashed Trump in a book, saying he wanted to "scold him all the time" because Trump "didn't know anything about government." (Breitbart) "Ryan also blasted Trump for cheating on his wife and calling Stormy Daniels "horse face" and claimed he and the other adults in the room prevented Trump "from making bad decisions. All the time."
Does that include returning America to its former status as world economic leader?

That Fox News has been drifting ever leftward is no longer a figment of anyone’s imagination

“Trump has repeatedly attacked Fox News of late, accusing the network of showcasing Democrats—and potential presidential opponents—in town halls.” (Breitbart)
Fox News should adopt a Judge Judy-like “get over yourself” attitude and worry more about the legions of viewers leaving the network looking for the more centrist position that Lachlan Murdoch will never find. That Fox News has been drifting ever leftward is no longer a figment of anyone’s imagination:
“After the 2012 election, Fox News started drifting away from the right, as Rush Limbaugh noted on numerous occasions. (Breitbart) “As Breitbart News reported, Limbaugh even said that it was “quite telling” that Fox News did not want him to discuss his opposition to the Gang of Eight’s amnesty bill and added that “Fox News is not considered the conservative network that it used to be” to many in the heartland.”
Take a stand for America by not joining Fox News’ march to a Democrat-led socialist state. Let the incessant whines of Fox News anchors and hosts go in one ear and out the other as you tune in to the far more fair and balanced OANN (One American News Network, where no one like Paul Ryan is on the board of directors.
