It is Office Pool Time, Again!

We are five weeks into the collegiate football season, four weeks into the NFL season, and baseball’s Major League playoffs have begun, so we are into the office pool season. It is also ‘Continuing Resolution’ season, when Democrats go hunting for big concessions from Republicans, the ‘Washington Generals’ (perennial losers to the Harlem Globetrotters) within the elitist, puppeteer-controlled D. C. political circus. Shouldn’t there be another office pool, designed to predict when the Gutless Opposition Party leadership will fail the U. S. citizen/taxpayer, yet again?

Haven’t you been pleasantly surprised that Speaker Boehner has stood his ground against those rascally vermin of Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Wasserman-Schultz, etc., and puppeteer-controlled media? How many people are already out of the office pool? How long will this newfound courage and representation of the citizen/taxpayer last? Only the most partisan of individuals can support the vindictiveness of this bully puppet in inflicting as much harm as possible, instead of taking the high road in actually negotiating for the best interests of individuals, our economy and our republic. How insidious can an individual be, using Federal government employees as weapons to get his way, a way that will further the destruction of our republic? We are burdened with a tempestuous tyrant who appears to be our generation’s reincarnation of the evil embodied within previous generations’ dictators, aided and abetted by an equally pernicious, puppeteer-controlled media. If he is this vindictive now, how much more vindictive will he be, should the House be lost to the Democrats?

Messrs Boehner and McConnell must realize how devious the enemies across the negotiation table are. If so, they must realize everything must be done to force the enemy’s retreat from their attacks upon the law-abiding, taxpaying citizenry, even if they are the recipients of a barrage of bombastic attacks. Anything less will lead to their ouster, in a primary, or from their leadership positions, when people realize they have morphed into this generation’s Neville Chamberlain-like appeasers. Remember, they campaigned to be elected to the House and Senate, and for their leadership positions. The volume of the verbal vitriol spewed by the Obama, a/k/a the Lying King, Reid, Pelosi, Wasserman-Schultz, and the puppeteer-controlled media will surely increase, akin to the surly shrill of cicadas during a late August sunset. Are Speaker Boehner and Minority Leader McConnell up to the challenge of honoring their oaths of office, and as Speaker of the House and Senate Minority Leader, or will they ‘barter a better deal’ behind closed doors for their Republican and Democrat colleagues, at the expense of the U. S. citizen/taxpayer? Will Senator McConnell emerge as a genuine leader within the Senate, marshalling the Republican contingent, including rogue Republicans, to stand fast against the Democrat demagoguery, or he wilt and limp into the 2014 election as a re-embodiment of Richard Lugar? As others have mentioned, the Democrat-controlled Senate has illegally not produced a budget in four years and Congress has chosen to defund the physical wall along our Southern border, as called for by law, so there is ample precedence for the defunding of the monstrous Patient Abandonment and Un-Affordable Care Act, a/k/a ObamaCare. Add to this, the fact that HHS Dominatrix Sebelius has granted scores of scores of scores of exemptions and waivers to political cronies, followed by the Lying King’s circumvention of Congress in making nineteen (19) ‘unilateral’ changes to ObamaCare, also to benefit political cronies, including waivers granted to members of Congress and their staffs, the law has been gutted like a piñata, and must be defunded! If ObamaCare is so inexpensive and good for individuals, there should be no exemptions or waivers for anyone, and no ‘rewards’ for being forcibly enrolled in this intentional boondoggle; this surreptitious attack upon our freedoms must be defeated. The word is out that there are several lily-livered Republicans ready to cave to the dictates of the Lying King and his axis of republic and Republican demolition experts. We also hear that wily Reid has offered an olive branch to Boehner. No one atop the Democrat Party ever negotiates. Boehner needs to steel his nerves and stare-down those who come bearing gifts. They cannot be trusted. Putin is more trustworthy than any Democrat and many Republicans within our Federal government. Which Boehner and McConnell will we be witness to, as law-abiding citizens are targeted by those within our government? When you fully understand what was intended with the unveiling of the Domestic Terrorist Profile, you realize those viewed as the enemies of those atop the Federal government, and their puppeteers, are not Islamic Jihadists, but patriotic people of faith. ‘Fundamental transformation’ is code for the evisceration of our God-given and constitutionally protected rights and freedoms. Both Boehner and McConnell are with the patriotic, taxpaying citizen, or they are against us; there is no middle ground. If I were amongst the leadership in the House and Senate, I would host the airing of ‘Mr. Smith Goes to Washington’, ‘Braveheart’ and ‘The Patriot’ for my colleagues, inspiring them to ‘Hold’, ‘Hold’, ‘Hold’, and act courageously to preserve our God-given and constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms! As a person ages, he/she begins to think of what his/her legacy will be. Messrs Boehner and McConnell, what will be your legacies to your progeny, and the country you leave to future generations? Will you display divinely inspired leadership, and, against all odds, be the revered leaders of a free people, or the despised wretches by the newly enslaved to Mr. Obama’s socialist state? Time will tell who the winners of this office pool will be. I pray the winners will be the law-abiding, American patriots, and that our constitution and Bill of Rights, which have been the hallmarks of our republic, will reign supreme, once again!
