Judge Blocks Illinois Bill Targeting Pregnancy Centers

A federal judge halted enforcement of the “Deceptive Practices of Limited Services Pregnancy Centers Act,” a bill passed in Illinois recently that targets pregnancy resource centers’ advertising and outreach.
