Let’s Get Something Clear

For this purpose of this discussion, the operative word in the 1^st Amendment is peaceably.

There is no international threat that means anything if that street chaos causes America to collapse from within.

Peaceably: adverb
Peaceably means in a peaceful manner, without disturbance or conflict. It indicates the absence of violence or aggression in an action or behavior.

What is happening all over America regarding anti-ICE actions is not a 1^st Amendment protected right. At best, it is out of control lawlessness, however, I believe it is insurrection or sedition. Nowhere in the United States Constitution is there authorization for anyone to attack government officials.

Assault with words, rocks, bricks, incendiary devices, sticks, bottles, firearms, or vehicles is a crime. If rocks, bricks, incendiary devices, sticks, bottles, firearms, or vehicles are used and hit a person, that is assault and battery. If the weapon used is significant enough to potentially cause serious or life-threatening bodily harm, deadly force against the perpetrator is appropriate.

What is going on in America are not protected activities; they are crimes. For decades America has been too damned tolerant of this foolishness, and the piper now wants to be paid. These are evil armed-forces and emotionally ignorant useful idiots, used as cannon fodder, some of whom are paid for by domestic and foreign anti-American people set on destroying the traditional Judeo-Christian and constitutional way of life. They and those funding them must be considered as enemies of the United States of America, including their ignorant minions.

Let’s get something clear. The chaos in the streets of America is the most dire existential threat facing America in 2026. There is no international threat that means anything if that street chaos causes America to collapse from within.
