It is annoying that men and women that run governments around the world now think their incompetence and corruption can be covered up by loans to one another and tax anyway the process. We have broke countries loaning to other bankrupt countries.
Where does that money come from? It comes from the future of citizens that elected them to manage their country responsibly in the present. Politicians need to quit making promises they can't deliver on and quit lying about the fiscal strength of their countries. If the world knew how corrupt the American Federal Reserve is we would have a full panic we should have, they operate in complete secrecy.
The whole world is broke and living on the lies politicians speak to get elected. Given the current levels of promises made by politicians, there needs to be an across-the-board de-leveraging of government operations and entitlements around the world. We are now past the point of spending every last penny of our future income to continue the ruse of politicians, we are spending more than we are forecast to make! It is not prudent and it will push us to a situation of unimaginable consequences at some point in the future. The loan to the EuroZOne is a really bad sign. Instead of fixing the flat, they have simply made the hole in the tire larger. A loan to a person that can't pay their debts never corrects the issues that caused that person to default, it is ignorant to expect this strategy to work for Europe.
