As a little boy he was introduced to the watch business and plans were someday he would inherit and run it. Lots of people had plans for their stores in New York City too, when March 2020 began.
Nussbaum’s jewelry store was closed on Friday, September 1, 1939, by fascists, taken first by Hitler and then by his twin Stalin. And the entire family except for my father were sent to the gas chambers. My father survived alone because he unlike the rest of the family was in the part of Poland that Stalin took over. But it is only “temporarily” closed. Like all those stores and restaurants in New York City that were forced to close on March 15, 2020, and that still have ‘"temporarily closed” signs in their windows.
5,400 nursing home residents died because of this. Stupidity? I think not
The owners believed they would be closed to “flatten the curve” for 2-3 weeks and then reopen. But they will reopen on the same day Nussbaum’s Jewelry store reopens. For they, too were closed by fascism and communism.
It was never about saving lives. Lockdowns have nothing to do with saving lives. Democrats are the people who support killing babies, lives mean as much to them as they did to Stalin and Hitler, their spiritual ancestors. They want to see as many die of coronavirus as possible, it aids their agenda. For Democrats every Coronavirus death is euphoric, one step closer to their goal. Governor Andrew Cuomo mandated that nursing homes take in coronavirus patients.

The lockdown in New York City will last past the election, regardless of the number of suicides it causes, regardless of how many die from lack of medical attention for existing conditions, regardless how many deaths it will cause because people can not get routine exams that would have caught cancers and other diseases before it too late to treat them.

It will last regardless of how many people see a life time of work and savings destroyed. It will last even if people die of starvation.. Lockdowns are about destroying capitalism, destroying President Trump’s economy, electing a Democrat as president, and instituting total government control. And they have succeeded beyond a “democratic socialist’s” wildest dreams.
I do not know who took this photo. But whoever took it and gave it to my father had the wisdom to fully write all the details on the back, or else I would not have recognized it for what it was. “Karakow 1991 Sklep wujcia Ludwika” My Polish reading skills are almost nil but I can translate this: Krakow 1991, store of uncle Ludwig.
Wisdom is one thing I will never have. On the cusp of planning to get out of New York City, I made a disastrous decision to marry, and that ruined me. Now I’m stuck in this ghetto.
In an April 5, 2019 article in Canada Free press entitled “Venezuela Now” I wrote “My late father had the privilege of living in a socialist paradise, Stalin’s Soviet Union.” I did not expect that less than a year later I would be living under Stalin too. Different name, but same game.

I wrote in that article “I do not believe a state and city can elect those of the ilk of de Blasio, Cuomo, Ocasio-Cortez unless they truly have forsaken God.” God has also forsaken New York City. It paid a high price for electing those Democrats. It is no longer a great world city, never will be again. Store front after store front have “for rent” signs. Who will ever rent these places and for what? Luxury apartment houses are largely empty, as the rich fled their multi-million dollar condos for second homes. This property, like my house is unsellable. Department stores and private colleges will close. What will these buildings be used for? Marxist indoctrination centers maybe?
New York City is Venezuela today. It will not have theater, luxury stores, restaurants in which the middle class can sit down and eat. Do not expect to see Rolex, Breguet, Cartier or Omega boutiques in Manhattan again It will be one of the worst slums on the face of the Earth, rivaling anything in Pakistan. My father did not eat in restaurants under Stalin. He told me he survived only on potatoes and by stealing corn from a field.
Today in New York City people wearing mandatory masks stand six feet apart outside, awaiting the chance to enter grocery stores to buy food. This winter they will be standing outside in frigid weather and snow. Only there will be food shortages and the start of starvation. The number of deaths will dwarf those of Coronavirus. My father was young and strong then, he survived. I am neither young nor strong in this hell.
