Satire Following the lead of the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protesters, millionaires and billionaires from around the world are planning “Occupations” of their own.
An unidentified inside source of a prominent Wall Street billionaire said specific plans have been made by not only his employer, but possibly hundreds of other millionaires and billionaires to occupy several prominent locations around the world in the coming weeks and months. When pressed for specifics on the occupation locations, the source said; St. Barts, Charlotte Amalie and Palm Beach were just a few of the probable destinations. The Occupy Wherever We Want (OWWW) group of millionaires and billionaires has chosen this year’s holiday season as their official time of occupation, notwithstanding that they usually spend time during the holidays at these destinations anyway. The unidentified source implied that the millionaires and billionaires would be extending their occupation time by at least a couple of weeks or even months and spending a lot more money this year in a show of solidarity to what actually made them millionaires and billionaires in the first place - creating jobs.

People living and working in several OWWW destinations were asked about the plans of millionaires and billionaires to “occupy” their cities this year and most expressed that if not for the millionaires and billionaires use of their services and buying their goods on a regular basis they would probably be out of a job and maybe even have to move. They were all very excited about the millionaires and billionaires plans this year, sighting that the extra income from the OWWW will be a true blessing for their families and their cities in such tough economic times.
