No Honor Among Thieves

In 2010, AARP got what it wanted out of President Obama. Senior Citizens got the gift of "The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," infamously known as "Obamacare."

AARP is the well-known insurance company for seniors and advertised as the protector of senior citizens. The unadultered truth is that AARP makes 83% of its revenue selling insurance. With one stroke of the Presidential pen, they increased their revenue by 2.8 billion dollars after Obamacare was introduced. AARP support of this criminal legislation went against the majority of AARP members. Fast forward to Oct. 4, 2012, after two (2) references in the FIRST debate by the President about AARP support, the insurance company has made it very clear that they are not endorsing either candidate. More proof that there is no honor among thieves. Any fair-minded senior citizen would cancel membership and find an alternative, conservative insurance company that is giving AARP a run for its money. Kathlyn Messina Englewood, Florida
