In a blatant show of partiality, our President has issued a call to action to U.S. firms to make " "new, measurable and significant commitments that will have a long-term impact on Muslim refugees". He isn't even trying to hide his Muslim leaning. He is calling for Muslims to go to the head of the line.
I'd like to ask him, what about our black citizens who are experiencing (officially) a 10.5 percent unemployment and for young blacks where the rate is much higher. These are our people, our neighbors, our communities, we owe it to them first. What a shame that our President is once more calling for an action that will cause more division.
Compassion and caring are hallmarks of this country but they should never, ever come at the expense of our citizens or our security.
