Obama the “loser”

Looks like it translates to, "Obama, the Loser," to me. Either way, it looks like the rose is off the bloom in Germany. The translation of Erloser from Ferman is savior. The picture presumably refers to a recent movie, "Jesus Christus Erlöser" (2008). It appears as though Obama was compared to the latest Klaus Kinski character.
