Observations of a Fathers Rights Activist

What he points to can be borne out by the long known fact that so many of the people I communicate and deal with in this advocacy simply refuse to buy or read newspapers anymore. Especially certain newspapers.

The ones guilty of pandering to that very world full of lies and the skewed manipulated propaganda of the matriarchal socialist left, also known as the radical feminist lobby. One of the worst is the Toronto Star of course and there already is an active unofficial underground Fathers boycott of that newspaper. I hope it collapses under the weight of its own radical bull and when it does we will rejoice. We were and are all sick of the anti-Father rhetoric screaming from its pages. Now if it wasn't for David Warren I wouldn't read his employer paper the Ottawa Citizen for a start either. At all. I know how anti-male, anti father and anti family the newspaper and its editors are and indeed his columns are the only reason I read anything in it at all. And even then I read it online. I certainly wouldn't buy a copy and I don't even read the free copies I get from time to time. When that newspaper and indeed any Canadian newspaper starts to report on the issues of all of the people it purports to serve-and takes us seriously I might go back to reading one and buying one again. Until that time I will use them for packing paper and in help insulate the window edges. And so will many other Fathers Activists. We read and support those who listen to and support us. Period. We must prepare ourselves for rotating wildcat boycotts of offending newspapers and we must do it often. We must expand the boycotts too. We must encourage all Fathers and Men caught up in family law and joining our ranks to immediately start a personal boycott of selected local newspapers and expand this to all provinces and against all newspapers and editors who refuse to undertake to serve all of the population. We must be prepared to expand the boycott to radio stations and their advertisers too. Even perhaps to TV. Starting with the CBC. We must stand firm and be prepared to boycott the media right up to their collapse. We must be prepared to contribute to the failure of these mediums. Starting with the worst offenders like the Toronto Star, the Hamilton Spectator and the London Free Press in Ontario. We must consult with our brothers in other provinces and help them with respective provincial boycotts And in the meantime we will make our own news with Blogs and Websites, Flyers, Newsletters and Newsmails. At least we know those can be trusted to be accurate and truthful and informative. And they tell the story of our disaster. We need to let the media know that we are serious and demonstrate how serious with effective boycotts.
