“Sharpton said he went to the FBI after he was threatened by mobsters working in the music business. 'In my own mind I was not an informant,' Sharpton said. 'I was cooperating with an investigation.'Lots of strange things seem to go in the mind of Al Sharpton. Now it’s this year’s Easter message: Politically ‘crucified’ Obama has risen--again. “With Easter soon approaching, the Rev. Al Sharpton on Wednesday drew parallels between the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the resurrection of President Obama’s political career. (Washington Times, April 16, 2014)
“Joining the “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” Mr. Sharpton said that his message for this Easter is that “no matter what the world may do to you unfairly, no matter how you’re crucified — nailed to the cross at home, or in your personal relationships, or on the job — that you can rise if you don’t lose yourself during the hard times and the challenges.” “The reverend went on to say that Christ endured so much humiliation and unearned suffering leading up to his death, “because he knew he could rise.” “As I looked to President Obama at our convention last Friday, with all he took, he’s been able to rise politically again,” he concluded. “I’m not comparing him to Jesus, but I am saying that to every crucifixion there is a resurrection for those that believe.”Sharpton, makes as questionable a ‘reverend’ as he does a snitch. Successful snitches don’t get caught and then have to worry about the mafia catching up with them. No God-loving reverend would ever insult millions of Christians by talking about the “resurrection” of a politician during Holy Week. On Easter Sunday, the Christian world will hear the words again: “He is risen!”, words that transcend by far Sharpton’s failed oneupmanship that the politically ‘crucified’ Obama has risen--AGAIN. Meanwhile now that Obama and friends have rewritten the Constitution, they’re ready to have a go at the Bible.
