Opposition from Fourth Republican Senator Effectively Kills Herman Cain’s Chances for Fed Seat

Just a day after President Donald Trump declared his ongoing support for his latest pick for the Federal Reserve board, Herman Cain, a fourth Republican senator said he would vote no on the nomination. “If I had to vote today, I would vote no,” Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) said Thursday. With Cramer’s opposition, there are now four candidates who have said they would vote against Cain.
