Peace or chaos, you decide

To the extent the law enforcement apparatus is broken down, the citizenry of all colors, creeds and nations of ancestry will find alternate means to protect themselves and their property. If there are people who think that they can take over existing society like they take over a college administration building, they are seriously mistaken. But then, what a better way to unite people and get their attention off of racial categorization then to have a bunch of anarchists and egotistical ideologues try to take over a prosperous and orderly Constitutional republic.
