It is official! Judiciary Committee Democrats have voted that gays and drag queens should have greater protections than molested children!
The so-called hate crimes bill which goes soft on pedophiles was voted out of the House Judiciary Committee last week (along party lines). This pro-bizarre sexual orientation, anti-Bible speech bill is expected to be voted on by the full US House of Representatives this Wednesday, April 29th.
Democrats are expected to disallow all amendments on the floor in order to limit C-SPAN covered debate. They fear that the American people will learn the radical effects of this bill.
Last week, the LGBT-friendly Judiciary Committee rejected every Republican amendment to this dangerous bill. Democrats even rejected an amendment to exclude pedophiles from being protected by the undefined term “sexual orientation” in the bill.
The Democrats ensured that an additional sentence would be given to someone who assaults a transgender or gay man --but not to a pedophile who molested a child!
Also, if H.R. 1913 passes, a mother who assaults a sex offender for molesting her child could face potential hate crime charges under this bill.
Also during Committee debate, Democrats would not permit “
sexual orientation” or “
gender identity” to be defined in the legislation. As the bill currently stands, “sexual orientation” can now include the 30 “sexual orientations” listed by the American Psychiatric Association (APA). Any person who has a bizarre sexual orientation – including pedophiles, necrophilia (corpse), Apotemnophilia (stump(s) of an amputee) or other strange sexual desires – could claim protection under H.R. 1913.
The so-called hate crimes bill threatens our most treasured and foremost freedoms-- religious liberty and freedom of speech. If passed, it will lay the legal foundation and framework to investigate, prosecute and persecute pastors, business owners, Bible teachers, Sunday School teachers, youth leaders, Christian counselors, religious broadcasters and anyone else whose actions are based upon and reflect the truths found in the Bible.

- Covered up bizarre sexual behaviors, now protected by HR 1913, by refusing to define sexual orientation and gender identity.
- Imposed greater penalties on pastors for Bible Speech than child molesters
- Forced to remove the Findings Section--fraudulent basis for the legislation
- Equated bizarre sexual behaviors with race, religion and ethnicity
- Laid the legal foundation and framework to investigate, prosecute and persecute pastors, Bible teachers, Sunday School teachers, youth leaders, Christian counselors, religious broadcasters etc which have been protected by the First Amendment.
