Pence will balance Trump's New York style with some Midwest caution and quiet strength

Donald Trump has proven what his supports have said all along. He will surround himself with good, smart, qualified people who will work with him and guide him through his Presidency. By choosing a staunch Conservative as a running mate, Trump has also signaled to the people that he has heard their concerns. In Pence, Trump had brought on board someone who will balance Trump's New York style with some Midwest caution and quiet strength. While Pence would not have occurred to me a week ago, I see the brilliance and leadership in the choice. Hopefully, those Republicans and Independents who have been tepid about Trump will now have the fire in their bellies to work to get the Trump/Pence team elected.
