Regret to write that If a single picture could accurately depict where the country called Canada is in the first couple of months of 2023, this is it.

It’s an iconic picture shouting loudly that there is little difference between Canadian Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre and tyrannical Liberal Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

The only difference between these two politicians, is that one speaks prettier words than the other, telling Canadian voters what he thinks they want to hear—yet taking little if any action to set Canada back to where it was before wrecking ball Justin Trudeau came along.

But “harsh” is were Poilievre is leaving all Canadians

It will take far more than pretty words to save Canada from the ravenous alligator jaws of the WEF’s Klaus Schwab, Mr. Poilievre.

In short, Poilievre and Trudeau are at a time when Canada sorely needs a champion and savior, POLITICIANS!

Politics, as most adults know, is a bloodsport where the little people get bloodied and seriously hurt in the game.

This column will be judged as too harsh to Conservatives with their hopes for a better future tied to Canadian Conservative leader Poilievre, but “harsh” is were he is leaving all Canadians.

It was Thanks to longtime CFP pundit Don, out west, that I saw the above disturbing picture.

Denis Rancourt described it with the cutline: “Disgusting war-mongering USA-#—kissing bought-out globalist elitist puppets. Follow them and watch Canada destroy itself further and further.”

Eugene wrote even more strikingly: “When a picture is worth a thousand words.”

Western leaders the world over are out there lining up brownie points by claiming to hate, hate, hate Russian leader Vladimir Putin—even though not a single one of them spoke out against Putin during the - years when he was in power.

“…democracies like Canada, who owe much of their prosperity, much of what we have, to the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian immigrants who have built out land from the Prairies to Etobicoke to every town, village and hamlet across this country”. -- PierrePoilievre

Statement from Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre on Day of Dignity and Freedom

“Ottawa, ON – The Hon. Pierre Poilievre, Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada and the Official Opposition, released the following statement on Day of Dignity and Freedom:

“Today is the Day of Dignity and Freedom – a day where Ukrainian patriots honour their history of defending liberty and celebrate the binding national events that have rooted their love of democracy.

“In 2004, Ukrainians refused to allow political corruption to deprive them of their democratic voice. As a country, they rejected the widespread election fraud that sought to entrench a government that did not reflect the will of the people. Through peaceful protests, Ukrainians successfully overturned the election results, and won a resounding victory for their democracy with the election of President Victor Yushchenko.

“Years later, in 2013, a new government under Russia’s influence, attempted to thwart the will of elected representatives by backing out of an international agreement that would bring Ukraine closer to its European allies. But again, Ukrainians would not allow these corrupt voices to overrule them. Once more, they raised their voices in protest, demanding that their leaders honour the will of the people and of their elected representatives.

“Sadly, many people – the Heavenly Hundred – lost their lives standing up for their rights, but their sacrifices were not in vain. The Revolution of Dignity and the Heavenly Hundred ultimately won the day for Ukrainian democracy and further emboldened a passion for freedom that burns in the hearts of millions of Ukrainians.

“Today, this heritage of freedom has strengthened Ukrainians in their defence against Russia’s renewed attempts to force them into submission. Their history has prepared them to repel this tyranny, and fiercely defend their country. Today, I encourage all Canadians to show their continued support for Ukrainians who continue to fight in defence of democracy, as they seek to preserve their freedom and dignity.

“Slava Ukraini!”

So how about “Save Canada!”?

Canadians “continue to fight in defence of democracy, as they seek to preserve their freedom and dignity”, so how about “Save Canada!”?

The first wave of Ukrainian settlers, who built Canada, arrived between 1891 and 1914, at a time when the Ukraine that we know now was divided up between the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Russian Empire.

From 1914 to 1920, many Ukrainians were held in Internment camps.

The Internment “authorized by the August 1914 War Measures Act, permitted the government to legally compel thousands of Ukrainians in Canada to register with federal authorities. About 5,000 Ukrainian men, and some women and children, were interned at government camps and work sites. (Wikipedia)

“In 1923, the Canadian government modified the Immigration Act to allow former subjects of the Austrian Empire to once again enter Canada.”

Trudeau, from whom Canadians desperately need rescue, is even worse than politician Poilievre:

“While attending a rally in support of Ukraine Friday night, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau paused mid-speech to ask a heckler to "settle down.” (CTV, Feb. 24, 2023)

“The Liberal leader was attending an event in Toronto to show solidarity with Ukraine as it marks one year since the Russian invasion.
“Part way through a sentence, Trudeau paused, addressing someone in the audience who'd been shouting.
"A year ago today, Ukrainians woke up to the horror of war in their…" the prime minister started.
"He paused.
"Hey sir, I think Ukrainians could tell you a little bit about freedom and liberty, so why don't you settle down?"
“Yelling over a cheering crowd, he said, "This is a night for them, not for you. This is a night for Ukrainians, not for you.”

The time is NOW, Mr. Poilievre—not when the Election Writ is dropped!

Back to Pierre Poilievre: When Trudeau ceded over Canadian sovereignty to Schwab’s WEF without parliamentary debate, where was Poilievre?

Trudeau’s ceding Canada’s sovereignty over to the Klaus Schwab-led WEF (World Economic Forum) happened right under Poilievre’s nose.

Conservatives elected by trusting Canadians were supposed to protect them from the tyranny of the Justin Trudeau-NDP minority government.

Where were Poilievre and his team when destructive censorship Bill C-11 was making its way to the Senate?

Conservatives serving in Ottawa had ample time to try to kill this bill long before it reached Senate—but didn’t.

Meanwhile the biggest harm Poilievre is doing to Canadians is really twofold: One:Showing Canadians there is no hope in saving their country from the tyranny of Trudeau, Two: showing Trudeau he will win the next election because there is no effective Opposition!

If Poilievre cares enough to save his own Party, he should replace his pretty words with much more needed ACTION!

The time is NOW, Mr. Poilievre—not when the Election Writ is dropped!
