Protesters Against Coronavirus Restrictions Living in Hostile TerritoryAustralian mother of three Renee Altakrity whose 4-year-old son was ripped out of her arms during what the mainstream and social media describe as an “illegal protest against coronavirus restrictions”, is now caught up in a media maelstrom being branded and smeared as an “anti-vaxxer” by the same media who contend that she and other protesters have no discernible constitutional rights.

'If you don't know your rights, you don't have any. Magna Carta.’

As can be seen in video, the yellow sign she wore around her neck at Saturday’s ‘Exercise My Right’ protest outside New South Wales parliament house had nothing to do with vaccines, having read 'If you don't know your rights, you don't have any. Magna Carta.’ “Some of the days that followed my assault and arrest have been raw, but they’re starting to get better. The love and support of people the world over keep me and my family going,” the 36-year-old cosmetic nurse told Canada Free Press in a telephone interview last night. Messages are pouring into her Facebook page, but with Facebook now wiping out thousands of individuals and groups who protest against Coronavirus and its lockdowns, who knows for how long? Video of police ripping her 4-year-old son Izak from her arms, which went viral, are heartrending.

The video shows the rough handling of Izak by a policeman

The video shows the rough handling of Izak by a policeman on the scene with the child screaming, “Mommy’s not going” as police worked to hustle her away. A still traumatized Izak could be heard in the background, shouting “Thank You, Judi! during last night’s telephone interview with his mother. Bruised and in shock from being dragged away from the protest and literally thrown into the back of a paddy wagon, Renee was detained without water and food for four and a half hours in a police cell, not knowing the whereabouts of her son. With protesters trying to intervene on his behalf, Izak was interrogated by police for an hour before his father was allowed to take him home. Videos taken at the scene show that only Renee was set upon and seized by the police. She was set upon after trying to explain to female officer Genene O'Donnell, how the protesters were within their constitutional rights.

Only the children of left wing protesters are given a pass by the police and media of our day

“Let her go!” was the shout that went up when other protesters realized that she had been isolated and set upon. Within hours of the protest, Mick Fuller, head of the New South Wales Police accused Izak’s Mom of being “in the driver’s seat” throughout her arrest and was ultimately the one who put her son in danger by bringing him to the protest. There were other children brought to the ‘Exercise My Right’ protest as there are in protests the world over. Only the children of left wing protesters are given a pass by the police and media of our day. “NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller defended the way officers handled her arrest outside NSW Parliament on Sydney’s Macquarie Street on Saturday during an “illegal protest” against lockdown measures amid the pandemic. (YAHOO, May 11, 2020)
“Video of the incident has circulated online and shows Renee Altakrity, 36, resisting arrest while holding on to her four-year-old son as she screams for officers to leave her alone. “I’ve not committed an offence,” she yells, as other protesters, from a group police say grew to 40 people, try and remonstrate with officers telling them she has a child.”

Renee Altakrity and other citizens protesting against government lockdown measures amid the pandemic, are living in in hostile territory

There is no doubt that Renee Altakrity and other citizens protesting against government lockdown measures amid the pandemic, are living in in hostile territory. Only yesterday authorities in New Zealand are working on passing legislation that:
"You may have heard that police will be able to enter your house without a warrant if they think you’re violating the government’s Covid-19 rules. The health minister can also designate almost any government employee to enter a business and shut it down if people aren’t following the rules."
Commissioner Fuller also revealed police in Liverpool are investigating whether Ms Altakrity has breached coronavirus restrictions after allegations she was unlawfully operating her beauty business. (Yahoo)

Renee Altakrity’s steadfast belief that “people do have rights”

Aside from messages of support from people the world over, only retired policeman Wayne Glew, who the Australian mother says has “a wealth of constitutional rights knowledge” has tried to come to her rescue. Meanwhile, Renee Altakrity’s steadfast belief that “people do have rights”,and that “police are above all our public servants” will outlive the bruises and shock she sustained during her brutal arrest. And the nightmares still traumatizing Izak, teach a sad lesson to little boys everywhere that the police are no longer their friends.
