As we know, Alexandra Datig took the leadership role in filing for the public recall of LA City Mayor Eric Garcetti for his failure at ending homelessness in Los Angeles as promised, including ending Veteran homelessness by the end of 2015. Nearly four years later and Los Angeles is still the nation's capital for homeless Veterans.

Now it's time to recall Shiela Kuehl, Los Angeles Country Supervisor for the 5th District as she once again ordered a team of armed LA County Deputy Sheriffs to infiltrate the peaceful encampment of homeless Veterans on the sidewalk of San Vicente Boulevard, directly adjacent to the Los Angeles VA. She also ordered a caterpillar with a large scoop on front and a large dump truck to seize their individual property and haul it away.
This morning a little after 9 AM, eight armed deputy sheriffs surrounded a Black Veteran and arrested him for unknown reasons. See attached photos, which are only a few of this horrific and inhumane assault on a homeless Veteran.
Before the sheriff deputies arrived, I spoke briefly with the Veteran and he informed me that their encampment was told previously that if they moved to south of Wilshire, they would not be bothered. Their encampment is north of Wilshire that leads into Brentwood where many of Kuehl's wealthy donors live. These self-serving fat-cat elitists do not want to see homeless Veterans along the sidewalk leading into Brentwood.

It's time to stop the false arrests and prosecution against innocent Veterans and time for serious action against the "real criminals."
In addition to a recall of Supervisor Kuehl, there needs to be a Federal Grand Jury Investigation into the entire Board of Supervisors, LA County Sheriff's Department, top-level Los Angeles VA bureaucrats, U.S. Congressman Ted Lieu, U.S. Senators Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, et al., as to why there is such strict enforcement against innocent homeless Veterans living "outside" the VA leading into Brentwood, while crime, corruption and land-fraud of Biblical proportion continues to run rampant "inside" the Los Angeles VA with illegal occupants that include the wealthy, private and privileged Brentwood School.
The Los Angeles County Veterans Advisory Commission, which represents the five Supervisors, needs to be investigated as well, because this feckless Commission continues to do absolutely nothing about the endless illegal use of VA land and the gross mistreatment of homeless Veterans.

More than four years ago, the VA entered into a bogus settlement agreement that promised to end Veteran homelessness in Los Angeles by the end of 2015, and beyond. The blame for this failure now lays strictly on VA Secretary Robert L. Wilkie. He must resign posthaste as he has continued following the failed "leadership" of former VA Secretary Robert A. McDonald, who worked in cahoots with his wealthy non-Veteran cronies -- attorneys Bobby Shriver and Ron Olson.
Matters have only gotten worse since the counterfeit settlement, the result of an allegedly corrupt and complicit ACLU legal team that surrendered thousands-upon-thousands of homeless Veterans to the benefit of wealthy neighboring riff-raff, because that's where they get most of their donations, just like the sleazy anti-Veteran politicians.
The FBI and U.S. Attorneys Office have been notified repeatedly about all this crime and corruption and abuse of disabled homeless Veterans, and they remain silent, answering to the same neighboring wealth and power.
This is a call for action to speak up and demand investigations and prosecutions against the biggest organized crime machine in the USA that has orchestrated the biggest land-fraud swindle in American history, compounded by some of the most heinous crimes against humanity on American soil -- against war-injured, impoverished, homeless and hungry U.S. Military Veterans.
