“America First” has been totally wiped right off the map in a dog-eat-dog world.“McConnell issued a statement condemning the extremist views of Greene, whose support for QAnon and other conspiracy theories has drawn scorn from Democrats and some Republicans. "McConnell said the Georgia congresswoman's embrace of conspiracy theories and "loony lies" is a "cancer for the Republican Party.” "Somebody who's suggested that perhaps no airplane hit the Pentagon on 9/11, that horrifying school shootings were pre-staged, and that the Clintons crashed JFK Jr.'s airplane is not living in reality," McConnell said. "This has nothing to do with the challenges facing American families or the robust debates on substance that can strengthen our party.”What has McConnell done, other than raise the White Flag of Surrender with “the challenges facing American families?” Diddly Squat, as McConnell proved today by totally capitulating, on behalf of all Americans, to the power-crazed Democrats. ‘Schumer, McConnell Strike Deal on Senate-Power-Sharing Agreement’ (Fox News, Feb. 3, 2021)
“Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced Wednesday that he sealed a deal with GOP Leader Mitch McConnell on a new power-sharing agreement for Democrats to control the agenda in the Senate. “The Senate is expected to vote on the final deal later Wednesday that would officially transfer the leadership gavels for Senate Committees from Republicans to Democrats. We can already hear the loud cheers of divisive House Speaker Nancy Pelosi!
“The Senate is split evenly 50-50, but the Democrats hold the tie-breaking advantage with Vice-President Kamala Harris able to cast the 51st vote. (Fox News) “The leadership of both parties have finalized the organizing resolution for the Senate, Schumer D-NY said, “We will pass the resolution through the Senate today.”
